Three stars for a bar that I am quite intimate with … Played pool league here and also pool tournaments … Since the tournament moved to a different location, I no longer go here … The beer here was always cold and not too expensive … This business is now gone and is now known as The Texas Rose … The character of this place has changed I think over all for the better with many new and upcoming local bands playing here now … But, bands are just not my thing … I hope that all the hipsters are having a great time here and that the regulars are not too bothered by them … !~

Patrick’s Pub is now closed, but a new owner reopened it as the Texas Rose Saloon. Same bar, same basics (bring your own liquor), but now with darts, the back bar open, & nights of local bands shakin the tin walls!
