If you’re looking for a great oral surgeon, look no further. I had put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years due to the fear of anesthesia and pain, after being referred and «pushed» by my dentist to get it done, I finally set up an appointment with Dr. Ganni… & I’m so glad I did!
Right from the get go the ladies that answered the phone were very polite and thorough in providing information. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks. When I went for the initial consult, I was also treated with courtesy and respect.
You know how some doctors act rushed or inconvenienced by a million questions? Not this guy. He (& his staff) were extremely kind and took the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I had thorougly & patiently. After I left the initial consult, I no longer felt «afraid» and was confident I would be placed in good hands during the surgery.
The surgery went fairly quickly, 30 – 45 minutes, and wasn’t as bad as I thought! Dr. Ganni & his staff were wonderful & took great care of me before, during, & after the surgery… they even called the following morning to check on me!
The ONLY downfall is that all procedures must be paid for upfront, at your expense. They will, however, file on your insurance for you so that you will be reimbursed (for however much your insurance covers). From what I understand, this is common practice in this field.
