For starters, they wrongfully towed my car for being double parked when I was clearly parked appropriately. It took hours of calls and emailing pictures to finally get them to release my vehicle without charging me an arm and a leg. I have been trying to file a complaint with the TDLR, responsible for tow licensing, and they’ve been refusing to provide any paperwork or licensing information to get out of the complaint. They’re shady, I’ve been hung up on multiple times during this process, and if you ever have an actual issue that needs someone reliable I strongly suggest you contact a reputable towing company. Not this mess
