Great place to get your car smogged. Came in without an appt and it was in and out very quickly. Much less than I thought it was going to cost too. Free car wash from the car wash next door, the waiting time for that place leaves something to be desired however. But again, the automotive place is great! One suggestion: better signage out front to let people know they have to go around back for service, in front there are the lines for the car wash but it’s not very clearly marked.

I always like coming here for my oil change. They top everything off including air in the tires, steering fluid, radiator coolant, and windshield wiper fluid. And they don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. Plus you get a car wash included. And it’s always been pretty quick every time I come.

Went here for an oil change and the general manager «Dick Homes» broke my driver door handle. He had a good laugh and offered me to come back and he’ll have it fixed with labor for $ 100. I laughed right back in his face, long story short, it got fixed and I paid nothing. Don’t let Dick dick you around, going here Is not worth the free car wash

I have been giving my car repairs to Highland Springs Automotive for probably 15 years. They are THE BEST in Quality of work and Honesty! They don’t do just oil changes; they can do almost any repair your car may need. I like to spread the word when I can find the high standards met that I expect.

I try to avoid this carwash as much as possible. But I needed a smog check and found a $ 20 off coupon. I come here, they honor the coupon, and they even wash my car for free! Woohoo.
The catch… car wash takes over 1hr, they leave my car in sun for another 15 minutes, and then they start to dry it. Now I remember why I don’t come here. Note: they did do a good job with the car wash.
*I think I know the problem. Instead of honking the horn and waving their drying rag, like every other carwash. They say Camry… but they don’t yell… they simply say Camry… Or Dodge Truck… if nobody responds they start walking around with keys in hand, Camry… Camry…Toyota Camry? It’s kinda comical.
Of course, they look ask me for EVERY CAR because I’m the only one paying attention. Nope… I have a Toyota Truck. And I’m in a hurry and I’m at the end. Ugh. =(

Very friendly and quick oil change for a decent price! Local mailers also regularly include a coupon for $ 5 off, plus a free car wash! It took a matte of minutes, and there was so pressure to buy anything extra!

Like the car wash, I have been coming here for years and would never go any where else. They don’t try to talk you into any extra, and they are honest about what your car really needs vs. what is recommended.

I have been taking at least two vehicles there for oil change for several years. I have also had numerous repairs done there. They always have very good customer service. Peter who just recently worked on my Van did an excellent job at a reasonal price. They well deserve 5 stars.

I used to take all my cars to Highland Springs Automotive. It seems when Jason was there, things ran well and my vehicle repairs were done correctly. Since he left, quality control has hit rock bottom. The workers are incapable of correctly replacing the plastic engine guard on my Audi after an oil change. After three straight times and damage to the guard, I confronted John who told me the guard is not necessary and is held on by plastic retainers that break. I found that the Audi guards are held on by metal retaining pins that are easily replaced. The guard is necessary for protection from rocks and other debris and wind deflection enabling better gas milage. Now my engine guard is damaged and needs to be replaced. I caution anyone taking their vehicles to Highland Springs Automotive for repair work. Perhaps if there is a change in management, I will return. Until then, it’s just not for me.
DIAMOND HILLS works on all makes, and is now my garage of choice!
