Club Heat

Don’t be put off by the fact that the club is in a nondescript strip mall off I-​10 in the middle of Beaumont. Zipping by at 60mph you might not even notice it.
I met some friends here at 10:45 p.m. on a Saturday night. If you get there before 11 p.m., you can skip the cover charge (I think the cover is only $ 5).
It was Latin night so the DJ was pumping all my faves + some hippity hop for good measure.
While there were several birthday groups there, it never got really busy — WHICH IS A SHAME! I know it’s hard to draw and keep a club crowd in Beaumont, but I think a lot more folks in the area need to give this place a try.
The space is large and there is plenty of seating. There are also pool tables if you don’t want to dance.
The bar area is easy to get to and the drinks are large for the price. My premium vodka tonic was $ 7.
The owner is really nice and he’s doing his best to get a variety of people into the club. The dress code is fairly lax but if you’re a dude, don’t come in with flip flops.
The bathroom needs some help. While there are numerous stalls, some of the doors don’t shut properly and the toilet paper needs to be in the roller… it’s the little things.
If you’re looking for an easy and fun place to dance your butt off, this place is it!
