People at the front desk very rude. I paid a lot to see a doctor to get good medicines but instead she prescribed to me Medicnes over the counter. the worst experience I ever had.

The guy at the front desk was really rude. I’m not from this town & don’t know of any pharmacies around here, so when I filled out the paperwork, I just put«?» in that spot. He said, «There’s no such pharmacy called question mark.» I wanted to punch him in the throat. I already don’t feel well, hence going to urgent care. The doctor was even worse. It was a female. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s clearly in the wrong profession. Aren’t doctors meant to help people? I went in for an ear ache, which has been happening off & on for a while now. I thought this was important information to give her since she’s a doctor & I’m not & she should be able to help me figure out what’s wrong. She was so extremely condescending & demeaning, made me feel like a complete idiot & that my questions were stupid & I was just wasting her time. I would rather chop both my ears off than ever deal with those jerks again.

Was new to town and needed to be seen had a weird experience with with feeling faint and real dizzy. I’ve never had that before so went into here. The dr seemed like he didn’t believe what I was telling him. I was diagnosed with migraines a few years ago and when I told him he said«well to be diagnosed you to have a CT scan and they try you out on diff stuff blah blah» and I said yes I know they did a CT all that and have a prescription for the migraines. He then said«oh» lol like he was shocked but he asked about my past health I wasn’t just making shit up… I ended up leaving with him just telling me well if u feel the same by next week come back and see me… ok…I gave it 3 weeks and ended up going back and he finally treated me with a prescription for some antibiotic. You woulda thought he would have done that the first time I was in there. He said he saw fluid in my ears and in my throat and believed I had a sinus infection. Made me realize he was after my money cuz if he saw that the first time I was there why didn’t he give me antibiotics then!!! F’er! Hopefully if I ever need to go back to an urgent care I can go to a different one.

My niece flew in from MO with an ear infection. We didn’t know until she got into town. We called around trying to find a place that took my sister’s insurance and we couldn’t find anyone. We payed cash here for a strep test and was given antibiotics for her ear. We were seen quickly and the staff was nice. Super small rooms. I had to wait for them outside. I ended up just waiting in the parking lot because the waiting room smelled like some disinfectant and was giving me a headache. I was very grateful that the doctor was accurate in her analysis because we were able to enjoy our Disney trip a few days later after she started taking her medication.

This Urgent Care is great. The Dr’s & nurses take excellent care of you. They are usually pretty fast on getting you in to be seen.

I literally did exactly what Sarah(last person post) did. Two years later, same manager with a bad attitude. Please in keep in mind that I did not read her post until I left. Today, I walked into the office and greeted the only person at the desk which appeared to be a doctor. I said, «Hi». The«doctor» literally pointed to the left for me to stand without looking up from his cell phone. Strike 1 Next the front office staff enters with a gentlemen that we now know as Mike. The front office staff gave me a clipboard and tells me to fill out the form. As she is telling me this, she states that I need to return in two days. As she is literally explaining this, Mike says, «Tell her she need to come back on Friday. People are saying they don’t know that.» So the poor lady as to repeat everything Mike says even though we are all in the same room. Strike 2. Anyone with a job know that a TB test requires you to return in 48hrs for the results to be read from the skin. Okay this is where I leave. My reason is that I entered with the premise of volunteering in my son classroom. Regardless of the situation, no one needs to be treated like a second class citizen or communicated with a condescending tone. Instead of making a scene, I left and called Mike to report my grievances. I can tell you the conversation ended unresolved with Mike once again sounding apathetic to the situation. My advice. If you can afford it go to the Beaver Urgent Care.

Came in at 915am, no waiting! Did my paperwork and was ready to be seen, doctor arrives at 930, got in and out in 15 minutes, dr was very explanatory, and sent my prescription over electronically, he also tryed to save me money, by showing me other pharmacies pricing, all in all a great visit, they also encourage coming in with no appointment :)

The office manager Mike is extremely rude. He yelled at me for going in the wrong door and it was not labeled no entry. I ended up leaving because it was so uncomfortable. Made me too worried and wonder what the rest of the staff was like!
