Great job! Drew did a thorough inspection and cleaning of both my units. I felt very comfortable with him– he seemed very honest and knowledgeable. He set aside all the worries that the Home Depot guy gave me a few days prior! Definitely recommend.

These guys are on point. we just purchased a new home and when we moved in one side of the home had no heat. we called the warranty company, they came out and put in a new part, said it was fixed and tried selling us a bunch of maintenance repairs. i was skeptical and told them no. when i got home i checked and there was still no heat. As my wife is an avid user of Unilocal i decided to give it a try. I found all ac and heating inc on Unilocal,they were a little far so i called and asked if they would come to my home and they said they would be at my home the next day and 9 am. At 8:55 the next day they showed up, and i was greeted with someone who knows what they are doing, super nice and fixed my heating concern. also showed me how to do the maintenance myself so i could save $ 600. If i could leave them 10 stars i would and i would highly recommend them to anyone that has any havac issues. they will now be my go to company. Long story short they show up when they same they are going to, they are very reasonably priced, they show you what the problem is instead of telling you and leave you a happy customer.

Fantastic service! I would absolutely recommend them! Drew worked on our very stubborn old heater, got it working, cleaned it out and installed a new thermostat for us! Excellent communication and went above and beyond!

My air conditioner ’ s compacitor blew out at almost 5pm. I called Drew and he came out and replaced it right away. He was quick and charged a more than fair price. He had serviced my air conditioner last year and he went above and beyond then. Thank you Drew!

We’ve had Drew out for just general maintenance and we were really impressed with his work. Very thorough and did extra things.
Well today one of our units quit working so we called Drew. He was able to get here after only a few hours. Found it was a blown capacitor and had it replaced and going in literally minutes! Total cost was little more than a service call!!! He’s the best!

Our coils were freezing on our condensing unit. Drew came out advised us what was wrong. Was here less than 20 minutes. Great customer service!

I’m jumping on this bandwagon… My downstairs AC unit wasn’t blowing cold so I started calling around and couldn’t get anybody to come to take a look at it before Wednesday. What’s even worse is that many of the companies want a $ 75-​$ 90 «service call» fee just to show up and they won’t apply that cost to the the actual cost of repair if you use them.
I kept calling and found Drew. He was the only guy that could come out the same day, and his service call cost was both less than any other company that I spoke with AND he applied it to the cost of the repair service.
He was here on time and is very professional and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes he had figured out the issue and he had the part I needed on his truck so he fixed it while he was here. I was very happy with the service, the cost and the customer service provided by Drew. I will be sure to use him again when I have AC repair needs.

Drew came out several hours earlier than expected to fix my A/​C after it crashed in this sweltering heat. He was professional, courteous and promptly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price! My pugs and I thank you. Definitely would recommend this business to others.

After our A/​C maintenance contract purchased through Home Depot gave the runaround, and left us with no straight answer regarding when they could make it out, no time frame no nothing. We called Drew based on all of the positive and recent reviews. When we spoke he told me upfront ge had 3 more calls in the evening and would get back to me after he analyzed the situations with the prior customers. He did exactly what he promised, he called us back and said he would be tied up with one of the jobs, but he could be here at 8am. He was prompt, courteous, let me know what the issue was and more importantly he didn’t try to up sell me on things I didn’t need. He charged a fair price for his services and I will definitely use ALL HVAC again when needed and refer our friends. As I write this im under a blanket because its so nice and cool inside.

Called Drew this morning at the start of this crazy heatwave and he told me he could be to my house in a few hours. That was very surprising and reassuring. Once he was working on my ac unit, he came to realize it was my electrical breaker and not the unit. I took a quick trip to Home Depot to get the replacement breaker, which Drew helped me over the phone to make sure I was getting the right one. In the meantime he was cleaning out my ac unit. Once I brought back the breaker he installed it and all was working well. He was completely honest about the problem and didn’t try to sell me on a service I didn’t need. He also told me how I could maintenance my unit myself to make sure it is running good every year. The best part, his price was more than fair. Surprising really. I am glad I checked Unilocal before I called, and highly recommend him as I will be using him for as long as he is in business.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Being a female it’s important to feel safe when you let people into your home. Drew was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He explained the issues and what needed to be done. I will definitely call him again if I need my hvac serviced. :)
Oh.I forgot to mention he came within two hours of my call and right on time! That’s extremely important!!!

My 80+ Mother lives in Beaumont while I live out of town. So when her Unit in the attic was leaking I went to Unilocal to find a reputable business for repair. So grateful to find Drew! He was extremely responsive and followed up not only repairing the Unit, but then coming back to paint the leak spots on her ceiling at no extra charge. Seriously, who still does that and takes such pride in their work! And so so reasonable in his pricing. We will be calling him for annual servicing of her unit. We HIGHLY recommend him! Thank you Drew!

Drew helped get my a/​c up and running in a heat wave on one of the few weekends he was working! I left a message for him and he called me back in minutes and came over in just a hour. He diagnosed and fixed the burnt out part within 15 minutes. Cool air was back on right after that! I highly recommend Drew and his professional and prompt service. His pricing was very fair and I will use him again and recommend him to anybody!

Every year we have our HVAC units (we have 2) serviced because previous company’s have told us that we have a leak and its too expensive to try to find the leak and fix it. So instead we have an HVAC company come out and add Freon, specifically R-​22, which apparently is increasing in price every year. We called around and most places are charging between $ 45 – 65 per pound. We found All AC and Heating Inc, on Unilocal and decided to give them a try. They quoted us on the phone $ 35/​lb for the R-​22 freon so we told them to come out. They were able to come the same day and were extremely prompt. They cleaned out the coils on our HVAC units and assessed our machines. I was shocked when they old us that we only needed about 1 pound of Freon. Historically, every other company tells us that we need 3 – 4 lbs per year. In addition, they were able to replace the cracked styrofoam insulation that covers the lines, which other company’s stated they didn’t keep it in stock in the past. In addition, they went up into our attic and attempted to find the leak that other company’s either didn’t want to give the time to or told us it would be too expensive for them to try. Overall, they did a great job and they felt like honest/​reliable people.

I called and spoke to Drew who was able to come out to our home in less than 45 minutes. He arrived half an hour later. He was professional and explained the situation clearly so even my 87 year old mom felt secure. The ac unit needed a new part, which he had on his truck and was able to replace immediately. In less than an hour, our ac unit was humming along and our fears of having to replace it were gone. The price was more than fair and less than some other companies would have charged just to come look at it. When we need anything done having to do with our HVAC, I know who to call. Thanks Drew!
