ATI Physical Therapy

This was my first experience with physical therapy, and I was blown away by the quality of care I received. EVERY employee here is caring, warm, friendly, supportive, positive, and helpful. Staff who are not physical therapists and oversee routine exercises are supervised by the PTs. During my treatment I was seen by multiple PTs, depending on schedule. They were all flexible, ready to drop treatments that weren’t working and try new ones. They all communicated thoroughly with each other, and I learned something a bit different from each PT, so I felt I was treated by a team and that this gave me superior service. This was the most positive health care experience I’ve ever had.
