Established in 2013.

After a career of over 20 years in finance, Russell went to work one morning to discover that his position had been eliminated due to a corporate merger. He was immediately motivated by this life challenge to follow his entrepreneurial spirit to become his own boss, so he embraced his family’s values — and began baking his signature coconut pie.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Russell Dilligard has always been passionate about artistic expression, leading him to pursue a career in the entertainment industry as an actor and writer while working continually in finance. Respectively, he’s landed roles in film and TV shows, and co-​written songs with his sister-​in-​law during the 1990s.
