We were away from our California home and my wife’s phone got fried due to water damage. So I went into the local Verizon store to have them assist me with the insurance from Asurion. Tech Greg was GREAT assisting me with the difficult Asurion folks and getting me a new phone on the way. He was patient and knowledgable and good to work with. Two days later, after receiving the replacement phone, I went back to this store and had the pleasure of working with Meredith, who re-programmed the new phone with all of the old Apps and the new Apple updates. I do not like dealing with wireless phone stores and staff, because customer service is often poor, rude or incompetent. But it is clear that management and staff at this store in Beachwood, Ohio understands the concept of GREAT customer service. WELLDONE and THANKYOU !

I have had some great experiences getting help with my phones & services at Verizon stores, and even this store. But yesterday my sister did not have such a great experience just picking up a phone, but it was Black Friday, so that was a potential reason. But when we went in today, while the service was friendly, they did the minimal and that was it(and it was’t very crowded). It was fine, but not what I’ve come to expect from Verizon. I will try other branches before revisiting this one.
