This place is great. It’s a nice break from walking by designer stores after designer stores. This little shop has all kind of nick knacks for your special pet from homemade treats to car magnets. There was a puppy in there today that was soooo well behaved. If your in Beachwood Place, make sure you locate this store and take a walk in, you’ll love it too.

This place is awesome! I can’t believe it’s in a mall. Definitely one of the best dog boutique stores that I’ve been to. If you have a dog or cat, you have to stop here. Reading through their website, they have multiple locations. I hope they open one up in CA, it’s that good.
I so wasn’t looking for this place, but there it appeared like an oasis in the usual plethora of mall stores. A cute rescue dog and volunteer greeted us at the entrance. They were showcasing a couple of dogs needing rescue in the store. Already they’re on my good list. I see a poster about advertising a session in their store to educate people about dog teeth cleaning. Another plus. We’re greeted right away by a friendly employee holding a cute Pomeranian. Toys that I haven’t seen before. The employee with Pomeranian (I can’t remember her name) asked a lot of insightful questions about our dog (who wasn’t with us) including how aggressive of a chewer is he and recommending some toys that have been doubly reinforced that would be good for him. Nice. I take a look at their freshly baked goods table. Really impressive, they look good enough to eat myself. All the other prerequisite high end items are also available. Pet Head shampoos and conditioner products from the same people that make Bed Head. Dog beer and tons of regular treats. Good selection of premium dog food. Ohio State paraphernalia for your dog if that’s your thing as well as some nice sweaters and other clothes. It’s organized incredibly well and everything is well laid out and prices clearly marked. I can go on and on. We left with a pink dragon that’s doubly reinforced that I haven’t seen anywhere else and a waffle rawhide treat with maple syrup gel inside.
Negatives are hard to find. It’s in a mall, so you get a lot of kids coming in that tend to not be aware that they are blocking off a whole aisle as they deliberate whether their dog would like a chew treat. That takes a while to maneuver in the store. It’s too bad it’s in a mall bc you would have a tough time bringing your dog in with you and that just spoils the fun. I would imagine moving to a more open location wouldn’t be a huge increase in rent overhead since rent in huge malls like this one is probably really high. It’s probably about foot traffic, but when it excludes pets, I think it’s too high a sacrifice.
