Established in 2015.

The Dittoes opened Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at 27 920 Chagrin Blvd. It is the first Hand & Stone franchise of more than 200 across the country to open in Greater Cleveland, and follows for the fast growing chain an Ohio opening in Columbus.

The building now features 11 treatment rooms in which customers can enjoy a variety of services, including facials, massages, aromatherapy, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, wax-​free hair removal, microdermabrasion and more.

Business Owner

Tom and Pam Dittoe missed living in Cleveland and so the married couple decided to return home and start a business where they felt most at home, while allowing customers to feel as relaxed and comfortable as if they were at home.

Having lived in Pittsburgh, they would travel back to Cleveland on weekends. However, Cleveland is their home. There’s definitely an aura about northeast Ohio that they had missed.

They considered opening a business together. With Pam’s health background, they decided to go into the business of helping people feel better. Having both grown up in Cleveland Heights, the couple wanted to open their business in the vicinity of that city. They chose a spot in the Hoffman Building, Chagrin Boulevard’s oldest (built in 1912), across from the Woodmere Village Hall, and set about fitting the building for their new venture.
