Crestmont Cadillac

Drastically overcharged for service. We had an oil pressure sensor replaced. They charged $ 375, later found out Midas charges $ 175 for same service. Were also recommended to have leaking transmission cooler lines replace to $ 750 when it would have been possible to have the fittings replaced at a fraction of the price according to another mechanic. It is disappointing you cannot trust a dealership to offer competitive pricing and honest recommendations. We will not be returning, and cannot recommend them. Please remember to shop around if you have the ability.

Overall, it was a very solid online car buying experience with Crestmont Cadillac. They were very quick about getting back to me with desired information and they were very accommodating with providing videos and additional pictures.
They were ready to pick me up at the airport if I choose to fly out to Cleveland (I am from Virginia Beach). We ended up shipping the vehicle for a pretty competitive (according to my research) price.
The vehicle arrived at my address within a day of the paperwork being finalized! The driver was very nice and personable and the car arrived in EXACTLY the condition that I expected it to with all required keys and documentation.
Special thanks to Larry, Dan and Dave for making this seamless for me. I can’t say I got an amazing deal on the car (pretty average price according to all of my sources), but it was certainly not over priced. The service from the dealership made it worthwhile, however. I don’t live in Ohio, but I will recommend this dealership to anyone in Ohio or anyone looking to purchase out of state. Thanks!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a cadillac dealership. Service manager was very rude and could care less about it’s customers. Mabey he was having a bad day, buts its no way to treat your customers. Will not be returning.

I leased a new 2013 ATS from Cadillac. I found the experience very positive. The staff was nice and accodating. I felt well taken care of. Alex was especially helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed to feel confident with the transaction and that I had the right car for me.
I’m 100% happy with the customer services I received and love driving my beautiful new ATS around town. I will definately be recommending Crestmont and Cadillac to friends and family.

I actually created this profile with the intent to write this review. Let me start by saying I do not work for, know anyone, and not affiliated with Crestmount Cadillac. So my opinion is very much from my heart.
When I first arrived at Crestmount Cadillac (CC), before I could even get out the car, I was greeted by a sales man. He took into the lobby and I waited (not long) for Gary. Gary was very polite and welcoming. He focused on my needs and not just my wants. He showed me one of the best looking Chevy Impalas I’ve ever seen. It had all the bells and whistles. It was well taken care of and it was impressive by far. The next person person was Jamie the fiancé manager. He was very inviting and was very informative about credit and how credit and everything worked. Jamie did everything that he could to make me comfortable and he worked hard to get me into a car. And I appreciate that.
In the end I walked away with nothing; however, when I do get a chance to actually go purchase another car, I will be choosing CC.
They showed me what good customer service will do for you. It will create long last customers even if you walk away with nothing.
