I am a local on lbi. Went here for the first time tonight. It is a cute little place with pretty good service. The food… not as great. I got the baked clams and a Caesar salad as apps. The baked clams were ALL breading and the little bit of clam I did get was fishy and over cooked. I ate two of them and sent them back because they were just so bad. My Caesar salad tasted like the dressing was out of the bottle.
For an entrée I had the chicken marsala which was good, a sausage pizza, also good. But I also had a broccoli rabe pizza and the broccoli was raw and dry.
Overall, this place is okay. I wasn’t impressed like everyone on here seems to be… if you’re around, it’s good but nothing to go out of your way for.

This BYOB is only three blocks from our beach house so I was hoping it would be good. When we first walked in it felt really hot. I guess this is because the kitchen is in front. Once we were seated, the temperature was fine. The staff was very friendly and eager to please. Everything we ordered was delicious and the prices were fair. The «Ricotta Dumplings» are actually mini calzones. You get five with an order. They tasted just like a calzone at an italian street fair. Really good and highly recommend. The feta cheese salad was dressed properly and all of the ingredients tasted fresh. We had the Chicken Parm and Chicken Francaise, both very good.
Why no 5^th star? As a new business they are still ironing out some kinks which are largely covered in some of the other reviews. But overall a nice addition to the area and I expect they will be successful given the food quality and price point.
