Joy Dental Center

I cannot say enough good about this office. Dr. Cumberbatch and her staff are wonderful. Waiting time is never very long and the entire office is very efficient. They have the latest technology which benefits the patient as well. I have visited at least 2 other offices in the area and none compare. Highly recommend.

Love love love this place. This place is really clean and the staff was amazing. As a new resident to Baytown, I made the mistake of going to Sage Dental and wasn’t at all satisfied with the service and the staff (felt rushed, the place could use a face lift, and my cleaning was mediocre). A coworker recommended Joy Dental and I am so happy they did. My hygienist Tino was amazing. Not only did he examined me but he also provided a lot of information on maintaining healthy teeth and the science behind of it. Rhonda was also amazing. She went over my treatment plan and explained everything to me in details. Dr. Cumberbatch also took the time to stop in and introduce herself. She is so kind. All in all, this place is now my go to for dental work.
My only recommendation is to train the front desk lady (not sure what her name is) to be more personable. For a place so nice, she should be more warming and inviting. Especially since she is the first person we see.
