We are a brand new Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership opened April 5, 2010 in Baytown, Texas in the same location of the former Baytown Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Our sister store, Bayway Lincoln Mercury, is located in Houston, Tx. We offer new, used and certified cars and trucks. Our service department offers a variety of services at a great value. History

Established in 2000.

Darryl Wischnewsky, president & owner of Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, is not new to Baytown or to the car business. He started in the business as a salesman with Joe Keating Ford in Crosby in 1975. He stayed with the Keating family for about 11 years, eventually working his way into management. He then moved to Bayshore dealership group in Baytown. He became sole owner of Bayway Lincoln Mercury in Houston in 1995. The Bayway dealership has been among Lincoln Mercury’s top 10 dealerships in the nation. «my entire career in the car business — the success of it — has come out of Crosby, Baytown, Pasadena, and the area here,» he said.

I brought My Jeep Grand Cherokee in to the dealer to have 4 recall items taking care of. They said it would be done by the end of the day. I called them later that day, and they told me it now wouldn’t be ready till the following day. So I calling the next day to check on a time I could pick it up. I got put on hold, and then I had to leave a message for Angela, and she was suppose to call me back. She never called me back. I called them 3 – 4 times to try to talk to this mystery Angela to find out the progress on my car, but they sent me to her voice mail every time. I eventually had to drive out to the dealer to find out if my Jeep was ready to be picked up. I don’t understand why Angela can’t make a simple call to there customers. I know one thing, I won’t be calling them to schedule anymore maintenance on my vehicles.

I will never go back. Was scheduled for a recall at 10 am. Had paper for recall. Waited 2 hours to be told we don’t know anything about it but we will do it. Was then told it would be a 2 hour wait then an hour to do it. So I’ve already wasted 2 hours just to find out that the their service department is a joke.

Be prepared so sit for a long while! Waited 4 hours to be told that I had a bent rim. Rims are fine. Came in for an alignment and replacement tires since they did not do their full point inspection before I bought my rubicon. Having to wait for that once again!

Terrible service. I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change because setting it up online wasn’t working. The lady I spoke to on the phone was nice and told me to bring it in to the express oil change Dept and they would take care of me. I got there at 12:45 and asked them to look at my tire sensor, and told them my right headlight was flickering and now not working. Long story short, I didn’t get out of there till 3:45. They didn’t even check my light, they put some air in my tires and said it was good. I told them I already did that and it wasn’t the problem. There main office is now closed and they couldn’t do anything else and told me to call back to set up a future appointment for the rest. I won’t be doing that. I’m good. I’ll go somewhere else. I wasn’t pleased with the service representative either. Kind of rude.

I have a 2015 Dodge Ram Truck that I bought from this dealership. It’s been making a strange noise for a couple of days so I called to see if they could look at it. I was told that it would be a week before they could work it in — no problem. I asked if I brought it by would they just have someone look at it to see if there was a safety issue. He said they were too busy to even look (Bayshore — if you read this then look me up in your records. See how many vehicles I’ve bought from you!).
I stopped at a mechanic shop and they said the rack and pinion was about to fall off! They tightened the bolts for free and told me I was lucky I didn’t hurt myself or somebody else.
I only asked that someone take a quick look. In this case it literally could have meant someone’s life. … So much for being a loyal customer.
