World of Discovery Day Camp

This is a great option for your kids this summer. I have personally found it very nurturing and fun for kids. Amazing how they keep the kids active all day from games, sports and crafts from start to finish of the day. It has something for every kids enjoyment. I found the counselors to be very attentive taking the time to make sure each kid is having a great day! Also found the bus service to not only be convenient but also very dependable.

I wanted to take moment to say how much fun my son had this past summer at this camp. The counsellors were great Friendly and very attentive. The activities and day trips offered were very engaging
And my boy came home everyday expressing what a great experience
He had. It was tough deciding which day camp in the area to choose
But I was given a recommendation from a friend on world of discovery
And I was very happy we tried it. Needless to say my son and I already
Agree were going back next summer. The door to door-​air conditioned bus service was always on time and gave me the peace of mind I really needed. They Provided a Fun environment and the swimming my wife and I were looking for. My son Has made lots of new camp friends and looks forward to seeing His camp friends again next summer. It gave me tremendous Confidence having met director whose experience running a camp The kids love goes back over 20 years. He and all the counsellors Were extremely accommodating and always kept me in the loop As to how my son was getting along. These guys do a great job Keeping all their campers happy, I am very glad we found them!

My daughter has been going since she was 4 years old! She loves this place and after camp ended and the school year began — says she missed her camp counselors! They are the best! Thanks for a wonderful 2014 summer and looking forward to an AWESOME 2015 summer!

Discovery is hands down the best camp. The staff is great, they go above and beyond to make everyone happy.

Really disappointed with the staff /​group counselors they were to busy chatting with each other than what my daughter was doing, came home complaining all the time, she came home telling me the 7 year olds were saying curse words, saying obscene things, the stories she told me were very low class. The counselors never stopped any of the misbehavior, rarely had swimming lessons

My daughter had such a terrific experience at World of Discovery Day Camp last summer that I have just signed her up for a second summer.
The staff are very much in tune with the kids and today when my daughter saw her counselors again after quite a few months, there was much hugging and happiness. Can’t ask for a better reaction!
When the weather is too hot or rainy to be outside, they play inside the local high school where World of Discovery rents space for the camp season. Air-​conditioned rooms and secure facilities make this an ideal alternative to playing in the shady park!
They provide door-​to-​door private bus service, an exclusive pool facility just for the campers, snacks & lunches as well as many other amenities one would hope for at a day camp.
I absolutely recommend this camp to anyone looking for a positive summer experience!
