Dear Valued Customer,

For many years I worked as a driver for courier services throughout the New York Tri-​State area. It was only after I was sure I could offer something special and different to my customers did I decide to open my own company. Let’s face it, couriers are competitively priced and Ryan’s Express is no exception. However, what makes us different from other companies in the marketplace is our customer service and attention to every detail.

I have been known on more than one occasion to make a delivery or two myself after a customer has called with a real problem or emergency. I pride myself in our level of commitment to our customer, and believe that whatever it takes to get the job done will be done.
