Starting s new career after being home for a number of years can be a scary situation but I must say what a delightful experience this was signing up for my real estate courses with NYREI. The atmosphere was unassuming and every instructor was a delight so much so that I actually enjoyed being in school again!!! I achieved my goal of 75 hours in a surprisingly short period of time and passed my exam the first time I took it, and that was because how helpful and informing the instructors were questions were asked and encouraged. This has been a wonderful experience !!!

I took classes for the Sales Person licensing at the Bayside location. The teachers were very knowledgeable, and informative; they gave us hints about the school test and estate test, so it was easy for me to study and review the whole book. Donna was of great help as well.

I bought a Groupon deal to take the Sales Person Licensing course. At first, I tried calling, Email and left several messages with no luck. My advise to you, just show up at the facility. You can sign up and start classes immediately. The instructors were all very knowledgeable and it was definitely a fun class to take. They covered all the material and help you highlight important points on the exam. I had a great time taking these classes and am proud to say, I am not a licensed salesperson!

I took the online course and was told I had to schedule an appointment for the school exam. When I call to schedule I keep getting transferred and I leave messages for someone to return my call. It has been over a week and I have gotten nowhere close to scheduling this exam. I have already passed the state exam and this is all that is holding me back from getting licensed. It is beyond frustrating to deal with RETC as no one seems to care to get in touch with me!

Registration easy as 1−2−3, and Donna is extremely helpful and will answer any questions you have! Also, the instructors are GREAT. They keep the class interesting and are very insightful towards what to expect on the exams. DEFINITELY choose NYREI– It’s WORTH what you pay for!

My time with the Real Estate Training Center at Bayside has been an amazing experience. The staff members are magnificent. They catered to every question I had and didn’t leave me with any open ended answers. The instructors made class an informative as well as entertaining experience. The instructors were pleased to give out their contact info. and answer any questions/curiosities that you have. The students that I’ve met were all motivated, knowledgeable, and as helpful as the instructors. Aside from the class, parking is readily available and there are many food options around the neighborhood. I took double sessions, so I was here from 9am-4pm. Time definitely flew by.

Overall great experience. Everyone comes to take their real estate license. Donna at the front desk: awesome. There must’ve been like 5 – 7 instructors. The instructors pretty much tell you what’s going to be on the test. Everyone has a different teaching style, and a different learning style. Took both the state and class test with both first time pass.

I thought the entire experience at NYREI was good and the teachers there know their stuff. The scheduling is also very flexible. Some of the questions on the test are tricky so make sure you understand concepts.
