Specialties
We are now offering Barre classes 7 times per week.
Zumba Monday 8pm, Thurs 4pm, Sat 11:00.
Heated yoga also helps detox the body and focus the mind. We offer 25 hot and warm yoga classes per week!
We love teaching yoga alignment, flows, and using hot yoga as a tool to create healthier minds and bodies. Hot yoga presents you with an opportunity to concentrate better, improve balance, posture and internal focus.
Your joints are stretched within healthy limits, your nervous system calmed and soothed. Many of our teachers have been instructing others 5 years and more. We offer more than 40 classes per week including, Hot Yoga, Hot Yoga Fusion, Hot and unheated Vinyasa, and fitness classes like Inside Out, Pilates and Barre class. Please come to class early to find your spot. Our classes begin as early as 6:00am and as late as 8:15pm

We HONOR,
cherish and create more Light Within.
History
Established in 2008.
Learned and loved hot yoga, so I trained for 3 months at Yoga Oasis of Woodbury NY. Thanks to James and Mary for their thorough and educational training and work put in.
I opened in June 2008 with my partner Claudia, and have since renamed the Studio Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga in January of 2010.
We all love doing and teaching yoga here, especially to new people who have never experienced the joys and benefits of yoga practice.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
I always loved physical fitness, basketball and sports while I was growing up. I became a personal trainer in 2001 and discovered yoga in 2003. After practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles for three years, I began to explore Hot Yoga, Dharma Mittra yoga and other styles of yoga and Pilates.
I have been married for fiveyears now, and have a baby boy named Callum. Angela and Callum are both the best joys of my life.
