I had a 12 o’clock appointment last week that was cancelled I assume due to snow? I was never emailed saying it was cancelled. I called no response I drove and they were closed. Understandable however they never contacted for rescheduled. I contacted again and I came here this week. 12 o’clock appointment. Came here at 11:45. They started working on my car almost immediately. 1 other person in waiting room. Another poster had the perfect review earlier. There’s 30 people working here joking around doing nothing smoking and not much else. 45 min into my oil change the attendant told me my car was done and it was in the wash. I walked out to see people pulling filters out of my car. They saw me and walked over to me and told me I had to replace my engine filter. I said no thanks and put them back in please. I watched them the rest of the time. Over 1.5 hours for an oil change… I’m watching people hovering over my car laughing and doing nothing… Still waiting here for no reason. Definitely not coming back here again. It’s absurd.

Unprofessional, poorly managed, and poor work done here. I am waiting 2.5 hours for an oil change this is the second time here with bad service. I had an appointment and showed up on time, not many cars in the shop and I see many service people standing around joking or outside smoking. About 25 minutes ago the service manager told me it’s finished and about to be washed, 25 minutes later still waiting. Last service they forgot to top off fluids, didn’t inflate tires and left grease inside the car. Now close to 3 hours for a simple oil change and not even an I am sorry from anyone here. Last time I come to this unprofessional poorly managed dealer !

I agree with the review of the shady business practice. I have to make a consumer affairs complaint with infiniti because of them. Watch your lease paperwork they will lie and put you got the car with the wrong miles on it. So when I got the car I will already owe $ 13 at end of lease because of the mileage they put me getting the car with. When I asked the sales rep about it I got the «oh don’t worry about it they will fix it». $ 13 is not a lot but its the point of it all, cars great too bad the staff isn’t.

Shady dealership. Don’t let the Infiniti name fool you. You’ll feel like you’re on a used car lot and not a luxury dealership with all the sales tactics they use. They are liars and are very deceitful. They are very unorganized. It’s been weeks since I was supposed to receive my down payment back… still nothing. I found a 2013 Infiniti g37x that was way better than the car I was about to by from Infiniti of bayside… but they sold the car even though I left them a deposit! I’m glad I didn’t do business with them. Turned out to work in my best interest. Mike Chen is a deceitful crook. There’s another Mike that’s a crook, he’s a manager as well. The sales people suck. No wonder the couple of times I went down there it was absolutely dead. No sales because you’re crooks!

This is a place to come back !! Took my car for check up, since had to leave it for 4 days they nicely put me on one of their vehicles until my was fix!! at no cost!

Just went there for my first car wash service (1 out of 6 free ones they give you) courtesy of infiniti bayside and it doesnt even seem like i got a wash they just vacuumed the inside of my car and didnt even clean anythig else inside no wipes nothing bc i still have my coffee stains there untouched!
I am so disappointed bc i just bought my car from there 2 months? Ago and my guy quit so i feel helpless! Had i known the service was going to be this bad i would have went to another dealer who would take of their cars with care~

One of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Salesman Jason is very professional. Has excellent communication and product knowledge. GM Joseph is great as well. Will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

Shady business practices. This dealership leased me a Q50H knowing that it had problems connecting with my iPhone via Bluetooth. I asked them about it before I leased the car and they said «don’t worry about it, just bring it back and we will take care of it». After going back and forth to them 3 times trying to get them to fix it, they told me that it’s just not going to work and offered absolutely no compensation for me being stuck with a car that doesn’t work the way it was promised.
I have also been promised numerous times to be contacted by a general manager over the past few months which has never happened. I would suggest going to another dealership if you would like an honest business relationship with your dealer.

Brought my G35x to have the CV boot changed and the BTS Recall performed. Great place and the service area looks very upscale like how an Infiniti dealership should look!
I can’t remember my service advisors name. It might have been Evan or Ivan or something like that. A very young guy that works next to this other advisor named Mark. Anyways this guy is great!!! He never recommended any services that would be of a waste to my G35. He is a straight up guy that trys to save the customer money. He made sure my car was well taken care of too. I was happy to come there and see my baby was freshly washed and vacuumed!
I will definitely be bringing my 2^nd gen FX35 in for service here too! Much better here than Infiniti of Massapequa! They could teach Massapequa a thing or two about customer service!

I’m incredibly disgusted with the car I leased from Infiniti. I’ve been lied to and given the run around from Infiniti. The person who promised to take care of a weak sensor which was under warranty was from Infiniti’s employee from Bayside named William. I also received a negative and absolutely untrue documentation regarding the G37−2013 red Infiniti suggesting I was in an accident which never happenend! My car was damaged from the pot holes and debris on the Bruckner Expressway which a car that was brand new shouldn’t have such a problem with the under carriage from these potholes. I was promised by this employee, William from Bayside with Infiniti, that they would took care of the sensor that was under warranty. William gave me and my husband such a run around and stood us up from an appointment for the sensor to be replaced that my warranty had then expired. I will never ever lease a car from Infiniti and want to warn everyone of their shady business behavior and recommend you do not lease a car from this unprofessional car company!!!

First time here for an oil change, polite staff, nice sitting area. Waited about one hour for them to complete the oil change, easy in and out.

I went into Inifiniti, Of Bayside, to look at the new Inifiniti“s and was warmly greeted in the parking lot, as well as when I entered the show room. I met Allan Estevez… A very nice and caring young man, whom I discovered has a great deal of knoweldege of the Inifinit“s…he answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and made a fine Impression with me. and put my mind at ease… So after looking at some of the other premium brands, I decided on purchasing a Inifiniti QX70, and I“m very glad that I did. Allan spent countless time with me, explaining all of the wonderful features and benifits, of my beautiful QX70… and when I returned to the dealership, a few days after my purchase of my automobile, I was once again, warmly greeted from some of the other wonderful people of Bayside Inifiniti, as well as Allan, and I left there, feeling good, about my purchase. of a wonderul automobile, and A wonderful Dealership, thats firmly stands behind their premium product! I would give them ten stars if I could…

Thank you to Infiniti of Bayside for our new car! This was our first time shopping for a car as a married couple, and we actually didn’t kill each other! But that was thanks to Allen, John and everyone else there there! Everyone there was very nice, easy to deal with, and not high-​pressure like other dealerships. We picked up a 2014 Q70 for a great price thanks to their 5 star service. They have valet parking, the showroom itself was clean and maintained, and the showroom staff were all naturally friendly (not that fake smile friendly you get elsewhere), and HUNGRY. I was very happy car shopping in the morning that they keep coffee, waters, bagels, and popcorn ready to go, and bc we went on a Saturday, a variety of hero sandwiches showed up around lunch and our salesman got us to the front of the line (which if I knew where it came from I need to leave them a review — the olive macaroni salad was GREAT!). The whole time we spent at Infiniti of Bayside has been probably the nicest, easiest, car shopping experience of my life.
UPDATE: We’ve had the car for a few weeks now, and it’s everything the salesman promised, and it’s starting to break in now with 300 miles on it. We brought it back a few days after purchase to install a remote start, and they took care of the ding my husband put in the driver’s door handle, without us even asking. Wonderful service.

This dealership is the smallest out of all the franchises I’ve visited, but the biggest in Customer Service. I was initially approached by a sales manager while waiting, but couldn’t locate him once I was ready to start my negotiations.
I was then met by Ibrahim, followed by Jean who both made the process the easiest in my entire car purchasing experience. Everyone could learn a thing or three from these two men. There’s the veteran Finance Manager who understands how to be a people person and yet professional, easy going and offering no stress to the process. And then there’s the Sales Manager who also understands these basics of being personable and professional. In my past experiences the finance managers were always arrogant and added unnecessary stress to the process, but I didn’t notice not one iota of this here.
As you all know, car buying/​leasing is the second largest purchase outside of acquiring a home and can be arduous and lengthy, so why not make it easy on yourself and the consumer? If done this way everyone wins. During my visit I may have caught everyone in a good mood and if that was the case then I am glad that I did and I am hoping that this trend continues.
Jean and Ibrahim, continuing with these traits will take you both a long way. Thank you for making my experience one I am happy and willing to talk about.

Run as fast as possible AWAY from this Dealership. Went in for first service — oil and tire rotation. Was told by agent (agent speaks very loudly and all the people in the waiting area will hear all of your business as you will hear about everyone that comes after you) that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Two hours later I went to check and was told that the work was finished and it was being washed… complimentary. 15 minutes later I went outside to see if it was done and it was sitting in the lot and it was not true. They had not started washing it nor attempted to. Mis informed from the beginning about how long it would take and then continued mis information. Such poor service. No attention to detail or integrity at this place. Run far far away to another dealer. Got an obligatory call from Service Manager with typical… so sorry, etc. nothing else… just «we are sorry». I am sure he was making these calls all day and they meant NOTHING to any of us that received them as they were just routine calls he had to make. He did not care about what happened.

So happy I can get my car serviced with out having to drive to Long Island. Was in and out!

Thank you for open up in Queens so that I don’t have to deal with these ignorant pp at mahattan… Please keep up the good works guys!!! If anyone ever deal with mahattan dealer and got a crapy experience give these guys a call from the moment they pick up the phone you know you will be better taken care off
