Edible Arrangements

Horrible delivery service! Completely embarrassing to send. The store and the driver do not communicate. My in-​laws ordered a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to my parents after my grandmother’s passing. Driver called my parents and said they were arriving within the hour. My dad waited all day and received a wilted, melted, over-​ripe arrangement. Clearly the arrangement was unacceptable to be delivered but the Edible Arrangements delivered it anyway. They do not give refunds! In the end the manager gave a credit. But, truthfully, I wouldn’t even dare use that credit. Very disappointing.

My order was made the very same day at 3pm, by 3.45pm the arrangement was delivered. So easy, so quick, so efficiently prepared and delivered.

I made an order for Valentines Day, and not only was the order not delivered on Valentines Day, but days later the item has still not been delivered despite the website indicating that delivery had been completed. It’s really shocking to see other reviews that indicate this store lists items as having been delivered on the website when they in fact have not been delivered. I have had to call the main customer service line of Edible Arrangements three times, and the individual store twice and I still haven’t received a refund because I can only reach voicemail when calling the individual store — the main line customer service reps are nice but apparently the matter has to be resolved directly with the individual store, which doesn’t make sense to me because it’s the store that dropped the ball in the first place. A refund alone doesn’t resolve the issue that my loved ones think I neglected them on an important occasion because the store didn’t make delivery. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

I should’ve wrote an update review. So I got my refund and to my surprise on Mother’s Day, my mom received the Edible Arrangements that was suppose to come on her birthday. But it was good of them in trying to rectify their mistake. Thank you!

If it were possible to only rate this location 0 stars, I would. I ordered a small arrangement as a birthday gift and it never arrived. Despite checking the online order tracker, which, by the way, listed the item as «delivered,» I called the vendor asking them why then when I asked the recipient if they enjoyed my gift they said it never arrived. I got the run-​around, to say the least, when phoning the vendor (I live out of state and selected this particular location because it was less than 2 miles from the recipient of my order). I have been on the phone with multiple people, for more than 2 days, trying to rectify this issue either with a reimbursement or a new order. Understandably, I will NEVER order from this location again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Every time I got an arrangement from here it was spectacular.
You won’t be disappointed when you get an arrangement from this location.

Ordered a 80 $ large basket for mother’s day. It looked. small to say the least. I had written the card in chinese. and the card printed out with question marks, instead of the characters. The order was put in 2 weeks ago, if it was a problem, perhaps they could have called. Not worth the money, although the idea is nice.

Ordered for an arrangement for someone’s birthday after Valentine’s Day since I wanted to wait for the busy period to be over. On Feb. 16, I waited all day for the delivery to arrive. Nothing. I emailed them to inquire about my order. Nothing. Finally at 7:15 p.m., I decided to call them directly. He searched around for my order and seemed a little flustered that he couldn’t find it. Finally he said «it should be there any minute now». I asked for a specific time frame. He said 30 minutes max. The delivery came at 8:00. Seems like they forgot about my order and had I not called, nothing would’ve showed up. Later I get an email telling me that deliveries are done as late as 9:00 p.m. Too bad, never ordering from them again.

I called this morning with a last minute request. The person on the phone was super friendly and very helpful! I needed my delivery done earlier in the day as it was being delivered to a school. They informed me that deliveries started at 11 and my friend received the arrangement by noon! They must have made it one of the first stops! I got a pic of the arrangement and it was great and the fruit was apparently delicious! Thank you guys!
