Edible Arrangements

I placed a online order and when I call to get a update on it I was told RUDELY by the man on the other line that it will be delivered by 4pm. I then called 2 hours later for an update which I spoke to a lady & she was clueless & just pushed the call off onto the same man as earlier, his response to me was I told you that it would be delivered by 4pm! I have used this company before but never this location, all I have to say is that this location gives Edible Arrangements a bad name. I think the employees at this location need to school on how to talk to customers. I will never be back & I have told friends about there service!

I don’t know how this place is in business. I placed an order for an arrangement for my mothers birthday and the arrangement never came, no one called me or her to let anyone know it was not coming, and it was not left at any neighbors houses. I called the following day to ask for a refund and Michelle told me there would absolutely be no refund?!! I have no product, how can you charge the customer for something they never received?! She had the nerve to laugh hysterically before she hung up saying «thanks for choosing edible arrangements of Bayport, I hope you order with us again !» really??? This used to be my go-​to place for special occasions and I am so upset that I ever spoke highly of this company. I will never order with them again and will share my experience with everyone. I am out $ 85 and have nothing to show for it. HORRIBLE

If you have the pleasure of going to the Bayport store & speaking with Michelle, you are very fortunate. She is wonderful. She is so sweet, caring and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
I highly recommend this store to everyone.
