Great fast radio installation. My stereo shorted out and they replaced it with an in dash video player.

This place came recommended by a friend. I had a system from my previous car that I needed to have installed in my current vehicle. I brought the system in to get an estimate and let me know what I needed.
My appointment was for 12÷22÷12 and I dropped my truck off around 10:30am. Around 8pm I called to check the status after hearing nothing all day. It was then I was told of minor complications which included a plug i was missing for my amp that could «only be bought from Alpine directly». However I was given a loaner amp in the meantime to listen to music while I waited until after the holidays for another shop to order and receive the plug.
To sum it all up the plug came in and the rest of my system was finally installed on 1÷26÷13. I was told to bring it in on ¹⁄₂₄ but when I got there I was told that he was unable to pick up the plug. So it took nearly the entire day to hook up my amp and sub. I dropped my truck off around 11am and got it back around 5:30pm.
The only decent customer service I received is being lent an amp in the meantime while I waited for my part to be ordered. During that time I was the one who kept calling to follow up on the status and I feel that if I didn’t my system would still not be complete. I don’t think this place has a concept of appointments and I believe my truck wasn’t worked on until later in the day on my original appointment date on 12÷22÷12. I was told on ¹⁄₂₆ that there was another vehicle ahead of mine but I feel i should have had been attended to first being that I was waiting over a month to have my system installed.
All in all the job was satisfactory. Nothing to brag about and I won’t even complain because I’m just happy to have my system installed. FINALLY!!!
Would I go back for any other services? Absolutely not!

Ultimate Audio & Performance has wonderful customer service. They know the business and know what they are doing. I tell all my friends go there cuz you wont be SORRY, they dont BS you!
