Filled Cakes & Confections

The owners are super sweet and really friendly. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. My twin and I are regulars and usually come for the bubble tea and some cookies. We have also tried the halo-​halo, smoothies, and, other desserts which are all great. The place is always clean and there are a bunch of unique chairs and tables for people to sit and relax. Overall the environment is a peaceful one. Its a nice place to indulge in some tasty desserts and sip on and equally good drinks.

I have been to this patisserie several times, and it is amazing. The pastries are super fresh, have very high quality ingredients, and the service is provided by very friendly ladies. So many places bake the same things, and even though they taste quite good, this place has a selection of different pastries, hand decorated, with attention to every detail. So I have been enjoying sampling the different items, and even been bringing them back to our office for some taste tests by my coworkers. Everything has been a huge hit.
The Smoothies are super fresh, and there seems to be quite a few people enjoying the bubble tea. There is also fine coffees Cappuccinos and drip coffee to enjoy with the pastries.
What is nice is that there is a range of items at all price levels, and they seem to specialize in custom cakes that are made to order with decorative themes. So I assume it is possible to get a cake with a theme and a very individual architecture with decoration. Not the round cakes with the same whipped cream or frosting decorations, but a truly artistic creation of the highest quality that would stand out at any gathering.
Earlier in the review I referred to this establishment as a Patisserie. I feel bakery is the wrong word as each item appears to be assembled and decorated by a true pastry chef, creating a little Paris or NYC in Bayonne.
