Stephanie gives the best facials. I recently tried the oxygen facial and absolutely loved it. My skin has never looked better. Can’t wait to go back!

Second time going for a facial. Stephanie is a talented esthetician, but the owner is a rip off artist and it compromises the reputation of the staff. Each time I was quoted a price, there were suddenly add-​ons that were not included in the advertised price, upwards of $ 30; not to mention the tax assessed. Never have I had to pay tax for any salon service– be it hair, nails, what have you. I don’t mind spending for quality service and tipping accordingly but an added 7% tax is unjustified seeing as how spa services in the state of New Jersey are tax exempt according to the division of taxation on the state treasury site. The only taxable items are retail products sold. The facial experience is great, but I’d rather the money go to Stephanie for her exceptional work and not the sneaky owner’s pocket. I hope the owner makes reasonable adjustments because the location is more convenient for me now than driving 30 minutes to the other place I like to go. Until then, my business will go to the salon where pricing is reasonable, established, not uncertain and deceiving and TAX free.

This is my 3^rd time at the spa and my 3^rd facial all with Stephanie who is WONDERFUL! I’ve had the Luminosity and Signature facial both of which are great. I’ve gone to many spas in NYC and my skin has never looked better or been softer after a facial. Even with extractions I’m not all red which is great.
This last trip I had a Spa Pedicure that was on special for the season. Wonderful job by Sarah, my feet are nice and soft.

I am very pleased with my experience at Ariana Day Spa. I have gone for a facial and microdermabrasion twice so far. I also added light therapy this time around. I have never had a better facial than what I’ve had with Stephanie. My skin looks and feels very beautiful. She also gave me a lot of good tips on certain techniques and products I should or should not be using to take care of my skin. I found everyone to be very friendly and comforting. I am looking forward to my next facial at the end of this month.

I walked into this salon last week for a manicure and pedicure and both the women had people in their chairs. They were kind of rude and said they couldn’t take me. No explanation that I needed an appointment or that they were completely booked just a flat out no.
I just stared working in Bayonne and wanted to find a regular place I could go weekly after work. I understand if they were booked for the day or if you need to make an appointment ahead of time and if that was explained to me I would have tried to go back the following week. The unwelcoming attitude I received the minute I walked in the door turned me off and left a bad impression.

This place is great. The staff is very friendly and I felt welcomed. Hot apple cider and cookies too! Had a manicure and pedicure that came out great. Peaceful environment and lots of services offered. This will be my new regular spot.

Never come to this spa… Horrible customer service. Their aqua therapy was not working right. The water turned toooo HOT while I was taking the shower with a shampoo in my hair… I had to call them 6 times and waited for 1 hour in the shower room trying to fix the broken aqua therapy machine. The owner Maria said she had to call a maintenance and can’t do anything about it. I had to wash my hair in the regular sink… This owner did not even care at all. No courtesy discount whatsoever. I still had to pay for a full service which turned out as a nightmare…

Average at best. I felt like I was a test project at beauty school. Main reason for 1 star is because the woman who did my facial excused herself to check her ringing CELL PHONE. I get it, it happens but you would have the thought she silenced it. No, cause it rang a SECOND time during my facial. I wont return for that reason alone. I was also able to hear people talking on the street from this room. She lso didn’t try to sell me products she used on my face either. I thought this was very strange, like she didn’t care enough to try. She was however a very pleasant woman regardless of her actions.
The massage was OK. I’ve had much, much better in other spas in Bayonne. Again, I felt like I was a test project in beauty school.
Also, when you walk out of treatment rooms, the French doors to the main room are open which anyone on the street can see you standing there in your robe.
Not one person offered me a glass of water, (I was there for ²¹⁄₂) hours, though they had a lovely spread of coffee, tea, cookies and water. Not one person offered to sell me products. Not one person offered to sell me services.
I will say that everyone was very friendly.
I really wanted to like this place to. Sorry.

I had a very nice experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and the massage was very good. They also keep the interior spotlessly clean. Who knew there was a lovely day spa so close to home? They also seem to have lots of package deals available. I’d certainly return!

I went there to get a facial based on the reviews. Isabelle did such an excellent job on my facial that I went back to get my eyelashes done! I definitely will recommend to my friends and I will definitely go back again!

Today I booked an appt for both myself and my husband after reviewing the website, I thought we should give it a try instead of traveling to our Manhattan spa. I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my12:30pm appt which I did for a 55 minute Ariana spa… I literally waiting in the seating area for 40 minutes and still never received any treatment. The receptionist Michelle was nice but she told me that they were changing the table at 12:40pm…but still I received no service. My husband showed up for his massage and he never received any treatment as well and we left together. This is very disappointing since we live a few blocks away and would have loved to support a business in our community. To add insult to injury, we were never offered any kind of «make up» services for my extremely long wait. I guess I can give 1 star for Michelle the receptionist for being nice but thats about all I can give.

Friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to this spot. I was so excited because I had never been to a spa before & I’m glad my first experience was here!
First off, the place is clean & has a nice ambiance to it. Service is well organized & friendly. My massage (done by Maria) & aqua therapy was heaven! My friend got a facial and wouldn’t stop raving about her experience with Erica.
We were the first appointment of the day so I’m not sure how busy they get or how service is at a busier time. This place does run by appointment which works out really nicely because you don’t feel rushed and they make you feel really special.

Overall, amazing experience. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Ariana Day Spa since they opened a couple of years ago. I had originally gone there for my hair, after following my hairdresser there. I was then offered a chair massage by a new massage therapist, Felix. Well, that was the best thing to happen to me. I have been getting bi-​weekly massages from him for the past 6 months, and my chronic neck/​shoulder pain caused by stress are all but gone. He is kind, has wonderful spirit, is very positive, and does an incredible massage (most important!). Although my hairdresser is no longer there, I have gained a great massage therapist!
BTW, the place is lovely — always have coffee, tea, snacks, and do everything possible to make it a truly relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it.

This really is as good as it gets. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Everything is brand new, state of the art. Massages with Maria are so healing and transcendent that words cannot fully describe how wonderful they are. Maria is European-​trained and will make you feel like a new person. She works on mind-​body-​spirit level and can do all levels of massage. I need the deep tissue for chronic spasms. I have been devoted to her for over ten years and cannot imagine my life without her. I can say without hesitation that she has changed my life for the better in more ways than I can fathom. Prices are reasonable and this is a world-​class facility. Worth every penny and then some! Plus, they accept walk-​ins if they have room. And there’s parking available, which in Bayonne, is a major stress-​buster in itself.

I got a facial with Anna. From the time I got in they were friendly and accomodatiing. Anna did an amazing job on my face. She is very thorough and had great service. I will definitely go back. I went on a Sat morning and it was very busy and seemed to be booked for mani and pedi that whole day. Def one of the best spas I been to in the area.

For hair Fernanda is the best. I am VERY picky and she’s always very patient with me and is great when for when you have an idea what you want but aren’t 100% sure. She’s also good at looking at a picture you bring in and emulating the look perfectly. She also has great quality products which make a huge difference.
Maria is my girl for massages, she always finds that spot that’s been killing you for weeks and massages it right out. She’s also not so rough you are sore for days but not to gentle where you don’t feel any results. Just perfect for my taste.
Overall I love the experience here. Very professional and you can tell the staff loves what they do because the minute you go in to the minute you leave you are greeted with smiles and a great attitude.

I went here for a haircut because Fernanda came highly recommended. She is awesome! I’m overdue for another one, so I will be back!

Tried this place out for the first time over the weekend and took advantage of the amazing specials they are running for October. I got an anti-​stress facial package and pumpkin pedicure, both were wonderful. My face looks and feels amazing today and the pedicure was perfect. The inside of the spa is very nice and clean. Overall I was very impressed and happy that I gave it a try. I will definitely be back in the future for more services! It is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood.

Maria, owner and gifted healer, is the best massage therapist in the world. I am not exaggerating. She treats mind, body and spirit and you will emerge from her therapy in a state you can not even imagine. She truly cares and you can feel the healing from the minute you enter her presence, notwithstanding the ten-​star massage she gives. No amount of yoga or pharmaceuticals can give the relaxation calmness and wellness she provides. There is no other like her. There are special combination packages offered that are a very good value. Treat yourself and you will be hooked. I have been going to Maria for ten years and consider her massages to be a medical necessity. Can’t say enough, and even if you don’t live in the area, it is more than worth the trip, and I can promise you will want to return.
