I have to write this due to the lack of appreciation people have when they get themselves into a bad situation and need the help of a good towing service. So I had a big problem with my new Lexus Rx and my dealership had me call roadside assistance who consequently left me on the side of the road for over TWO HOURS. When I called the third time to complain to Lexus they referred me to a local towing service Advanced Towing who had a truck show up within 15 minutes. Needless to say they handled my situation very professionally from Brianna who handled all the paperwork to the owner who arranged a rental car to pick me up at their tow office, I am very grateful to have come across such a caring company when I hear such horror stories online. I will highly recommend to all my colleagues in the area …

I bought a car from Mark B on the 11th of august and I have driven it 3 days it’s now the 25th 12 days in the shop for repairs that were not disclosed two broken motor mounts … Ac broken now it needs a new transmission… The lemon law in New Jersey needs some tweaking to keep crooks like Mark to stop this practice. I had my car stolen while at chemo therapy and needed a new one asap. I told him this and he sold me this two ton lemon anyway. Please I have texted and called and he’s no where to be found and won’t respond what ever you do please don’t use his business he’s a crook a liar and a thief. I look forward to taking him to court.

I had my BMW towed by Advanced after a drunk driver ran into my car while it was parked. The police were the ones to recommend Advanced towing so I felt secure about towing my car. I had my insurance company fix my car and they also recommended that I have these guys take care of that as well. Overall the unfortunate incident was very well handled by Advanced and they also went as far as fixing a scratch I had on the door at no extra charge. Their work is flawless and the people that helped me were helpful and got a good sense of humor …

Tow cost $ 300 to go 10 blocks. Truck driver damaged my car trying to break in to unlock it (without authorization to do so). Didn’t even tell me he damaged my car on top of that.
