Our business specializes in barbecue! On a weekly basis, we serve smoked chicken, beef and pork. Occasionally, I like to surprise my customers with smoked sausage, red fish, goat, turkey deer or raccoon. Our sides vary by day. What we normally prepare are macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, rice pilaf, seasoned potatoes, shrimp & okra, baked beans, green beans, collard greens or peas. Don’t forget to try our homemade barbecue sauce!

Williams catering is a unique concept to facilitate coastal residents, coastal businesses and gaming community with quality and professional service. Williams Pit BBQ has been in the food service business since 1980. Located at the corner of Old Spanish Trail and Washington Streets, Bay St. Louis, MS… Williams is only minuets from beaches, major coastal casinos, fishing and hunting. The mobile catering department has served over ten thousand satisfied customers. Many former customers prior to Hurricane Katrina are presently requesting our services, including city leaders of the surrounding counties. Presently we utilize a 25 ft. x 6 ft. mobile BBQ pit & cooker. This unit will facilitate large banquets, festivals, conventions, and sporting events. Prior to Hurricane Katrina and presently, we are known as the premier BBQ connoisseurs on the coast. Whether it is catering or the delicious in house restaurant menu, our niche is fast, courteous, professional and friendly.
