I have only been in this place a few times. My last visit will be my last. This store had to be the dirtiest place I’ve ever been in. There was a young teenager alone in the store while the counter and floor were covered in ripped up napkins and litter. Even his tip jar was dirty. Drive over to Deer Park Ave for a clean store.

Ordered a frozen coffee coolata and I noticed it was very watery. When I mentioned this to the DD worker she told me «I think it’s okay.» This DD used to be much better. I don’t know what happened to the crew that used to work there.

Terrible terrible service. Waited forever to be served. Once somebody did take my order, the employee scooped my ice cream into a bowl then proceeded to make another customer’s sandwich, while my ice cream melted behind the counter. I left without buying anything. I’ve been going there for years because it is close to home but will never go back.

A clean, relatively well kept Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing wrong with this place, just like there is nothing great with this place. One of major takeaways from this place, however, is there is no drive-​thru; a big bummer.
