This is a review on my manicure. My usual nail tech Jessica recently started working here. I can’t speak of the other techs since I am very loyal to Jessica. The store front is very neat and clean. It is definitely the one of the nicest nail salons in terms of appearance and décor and cleanliness I’ve been in. If you were to get your nails done I would highly recommend Jessica.

I used to know the previous owner and since ownership changed here it totally went downhill. Despicable unskilled workers. I actually used to like the spanish girl but she totally F*ed up my arm. I know this place sucks for mani pedi so just stopped in for a quick underarm waxing. REALLY? How do you screw that up? Maria is from previous owner’s establishment so I know for a fact she doesn’t do waxing! Now it’s all bumpy red irritated. When I went back the next day, they gave me 100 excuses. My skin sensitivity. The weather going from winter to summer… everything but an apology or refund. Probably my arm is the way it is either from reusing dirty ass stick or missing spots and reapplying hot wax in the same spot over and over again or both. Technically if you’re doing it properly your not even supposed to reuse the same stick on the same customer twice! I guess you get what you pay for. Disgusting. Unilocal Please start having«No star» options. These people don’t even deserve one star.

I have been going there for many years– it was decent enough– nothing out of the ordinary, but figured I’d try to stick with one place. Granted, ever since I had a baby, my mani/pedis are not as regular and then I broke my toe several weeks ago and was ecstatic when the doctor gave me the green light to finally get a pedi. I go in and ask for spa pedi– I was getting one of the techs which was terrible another time I went, but I didn’t want to make trouble. After I sat down, not 5 minutes into my pedi(which she was treating like a regular pedi but I was paying over $ 50 for) she cut me so badly I started bleeding. I literally jumped and screamed OUCH and this pathetic excuse of a human being didn’t even look up– let alone apologize. She is so disgusting. Yet I wasn’t surprised based on my pervious experience with her– but I was LIVID. I told her to stop immediately. I tried getting the attention of the owner– who frankly was WORSE– she pretended to not hear me and rolled her eyes when I said I want someone else. Seriously??? You’re DONE. I got the Hispanic girl there, Maria, which was very nice and I could tell she was trying to make me feel better(though she made me bleed for my mani too) but overall she was okay. Maria, go work for a better place. The REST of them — CRAP. This place has gone downhill and frankly I hope they close down. LADIES — stick with MIMI’s — for the same prices. I WILLNEVERSETFOOT in this crap hole again. And I ‘ll be sure to tell ALLMYFRIENDSANDFAMILY. NEGATIVESTARS.

This is the worse nail salon in Bayridge and possibly in Brooklyn. The nail techs are not helpful at all. My weekly manicure lasted only 1 day. The nail techs make you feel like you are bothering them. They would rather text on their cell phone then be helpful. They are expensive I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
