New management and the place has been offering spectacular service! The new owner Moe, is very hospitable; kept assuring that me and my group of friends were ok! Good hookah and the tea was great and the prices were great! Defintely coming back soon!

Every piece of furniture has at least 3 burns in it the tables are all lopsided like they’re missing a leg. I ordered something after being talked into buying it by the associate but they didn’t even have it. Looks like all their hookahs have only 1 tube so it’s probly not a good spot for groups. It’s dead tonight but it’s only Thursday me and my girlfriend are actually the only ones here3 tv’s on one side of the wall so u either sit on the opposite side or watch through the mirrors. All in all it could be a better spot under better management maybe.

Decent size place, good hangout. Big screen TV is cool. A lot of flavors of hookah more than you could ever imagine. They have hookah with fruit, which is different. Price is affordable.

Hands down, best hookah lounge in Bay Ridge! I’ve lived in Bay Ridge all my life and have ventured to many different hookah lounges, and lately I find myself here every night. The employees provide excellent service as well as make great hookahs. The owner is a super cool guy and always makes sure everything is looking A+ for the customers. Its a great environment, good leveled music, sports on designated nights shown on their flat screen televisions. Awesome place to kick back and relax, definitely recommended!

honestly, i am obsessed with this place. I come here everyday and its a great hookah spot. its reasonably priced and a chill environment. if you’re looking for a relaxed night this is your place. other hookah lounges get rowdy and loud… but not this place. it has a very adult atmosphere and you can kick back after a long day without being annoyed. the employees are very personable and make you feel at home! Also there is an array of drinks from juices to teas to even milkshakes. 10⁄10 do recommend!

I generally enjoy hookah spots, but this is probably the worst one I’ve been to. Also, I couldn’t help but realize that their employees don’t care about being loud and causing a ruckus, especially late (around 1 – 3 am). Don’t they know there are people with LIVES that are SLEEPING at that time? I can’t even imagine living near them! Horrible. I even saw a kid that looked like he was about 13 smoking in there. Jesus.

My go to spot for bay ridges finest hookah! Excellent quality shisha friendly and warm customer service great prices and wide variety of flavors on the menu. The staff is very realiable and helpful with whatever you need and the owner is a very friendly warm welcoming guy treats his customers with utmost respect and never hesistates to make sure you always have a great experience every time!

What can I say? in my opinion, this is the best «Bang for Buck» hookah lounge in the Area. The location is small so seating is alittle tight but if you grab a sofa seat, you’re sitting in prime Manhattan real estate. From what is told to me, there’s a service charge of $ 5 if you wish to bring in outside foods but if you’re planning on having a takeout meal awhile smoking a hookah, look no further. Their pricing is Extremely good, cost wise and the customer service is well attentive so long as you inform them of Any issues. friendly customer support and a moderately well atmosphere makes me a regular customer. Definitely will be back for more!

Best hookah I’ve had in NYC so far; even better than most places in Astoria. Always super thick smoke that is long lasting throughout. Never fail to have good, thick smoke for at least 2 hrs. Won’t go anywhere else! Prices are great too! Try the Moroccan mint tea.

Cheap hookah, and they have an ice tube! Lot’s of options. Good music. Not good for dancing. Nice to just relax and talk at. They do not have food. Very fast service, and attentive owner!

Solid spot. No liquor license, but a good array of juices, soda, etc.
Hookah: reasonably priced & nice assortment. No ice hoses.
Service: Really attentive. Changes coals often. Have some playing cards available and probably other types of games.
Parking: metered street parking in the area
Ambiance: Standard/​boring. Clean. Nothing flashy. Clean restroom. Lounge seating and table seating. Lots of televisions. A bit more lighting than your typical hookah lounge.

Came here for a relaxing girls night and i was so happy with the place. Its newly renovated, its very clean, not loud or ratchet, i can hear my own thoughts and i can hear my friends too. They have brand new couches tables and furniture and pandora so they play good music. They offer arabic teas and coffees and fresh fruit hookah to regular hookah. Our hookah was weak at first but the owners and andrew fixed it right away. Regular hookah is 10 while the fruit head hookahs were 12 dollars and up. There was a lot of younger kids that i dont even think looked 18 but the place doesnt have alcohol anyway so i guess it doesnt matter. This place is ideal for groups but the place itself is small so on a weekend get there quick so u can grab a table!:) i will definetly be back to a place where the owners truly care
