You send me two $ 50 credits to use towards future orders, yet the $ 50 comes off the «original» price as opposed to the sale price? HA! That’s not a deal in any way whatsoever, as the flowers are always that much off. You stated in the email below that you «take my experience very seriously.» This entire «apology» you sent me is nothing more than a scam to get more of my money.
This extremely poor customer service is outrageous and completely unacceptable. Not only was I screwed from your poor business last week, my niece received her flowers — that I PAID EXTRA to have delivered on her birthday — a day late. I have been in the customer service business since the 1990’s. To call this situation good customer service is a disservice to the term «good customer service.»

Worst customer service ever. Paid 75 $ for flowers to be delivered and still waiting I should have read the reviews first. If this place send shitty flowers like I have seen in the pictures of reviews I’m gonna be super pissed. How embarrassing to send out such a crappy product makes me look bad. I ordered 12 long stem roses to be ordered to my grandmother and was charged for 12 roses along with a 20.00 shipping fee. When i went to visit her after she received them she showed me flowers that were not roses in a cheap vase. when i called i was told they cant help me because they were not open (Umm hello you just answered the phone how are you not open) then they hung up. I contacted the store the flowers came from and they told me that the company i went through (wesleyberry) only have them 20 dollars and they couldnt give me 12 roses for that price. I told her that I have over 60.00 taken off my credit card and she told me that wesley berry does this all the time and takes peoples money then only gives the actual florist a small amount. that should be against the law.

this was the worst experience I ever had with ordering flowers. I will never order from here again. I requested a birthday bouquet and my brother recieved a set of garbage flowers that were probably intended for some type of funeral. I called customer service and left three messages on or around 27 December 2015 and I never recieved a call back. I am a Army Soldier of 22 years and do not deserve this type of disrespect… A simple return of my phone call could have made things better, but I was neglected and very disappointed. I won’t mKe this mistake ever again.

My husband ordered me 2 Dozen roses to be delivered to my office the Friday before Valentine’s Day. Instead I received a very small bouquet of red carnations and daisies. Calling has resulted in busy signals, holds and hang ups. After reading all of the negative reviews, we are not alone! Please do not order from this florist!

My first time finding this company online and seen it was fairly decent prices so I decided to place an order for my mom’s birthday and early Valentine’s Day gift. I ordered the flowers on Wednesday, February 10^th and she JUST RECEIVED THEM TODAY Saturday the 13^th. No big deal you’re thinking? Wrong. It was supposed to be delivered the day I ordered it before 2pm. Not only was the arrangement late, it was a DISTASTEFUL AND JUST AN OVERALL AWFUL ARRANGEMENT!
I called the customer service line for OVER AN HOUR to see how they can fix my order or refund my money back. Finally, some lady with a thick Filipino accent picks up and states she can not find my order or email! I even spell it out very slow for her because my name is often mispronounced and misspelled when doing things over the phone. When she finally pulls it up she says «there’s nothing that we can do, so sorry ma’am, can I offer you a $ 50 credit, a $ 100 credit?»
No you morons! I want my damn order corrected and have my mother receive what i originally picked out.
I also emailed the corporate headquarters and tried calling but we’ll see if someone returns my messages, although I HIGHLY DOUBT IT!
The flowers were wilted, more leaves than flowers, looked like a grocery store arrangement… Matter of fact, the grocery store arrangements are so much better!

I needed to send flowers to a 92-​year-​old friend in a nursing home in Keizer, Oregon, so I looked up «Florists Keizer Oregon» on the Web, and came up with «Wesley Berry Flowers Keizer Oregon.» (I like to do business with a florist close to the person I am sending flowers to, in order to minimize delivery charges). My bad. I didn’t do my due diligence. It turns out that Wesley Berry Flowers are not in Keizer, Oregon. In fact it appears they are not even florists, but a national middle man that will arrange flower delivery just about anywhere in the country (and mark up fees… way up). More on that in a moment.

a colorful «bouquet» listing for $ 27.99 which was «58% OFF! (It is currently advertised for $ 32.99 (55% Savings!)
I was a little dubious about the term «bouquet» possibly suggesting a small collection of flowers, so I ordered the «Premium Upgrade» for $ 20.00. I also selected the Card option which allowed me to attach a card identifying me and including a brief message (a $ 4.99 option) and «Next day Rush Service» ($ 4.99), as I worried that my 92-​year-​old friend might not be around much longer. This brought my total to ($ 27.99+$ 20.00+$ 4.99+$ 4.99) $ 57.97. A reasonable amount, I thought at the time.
But…here’s the «Original Order and Invoice 12÷7÷15»:

My order was logged in on 12÷07÷15. Was it delivered on 12÷08÷15 as paid for? No, it was delivered on 12÷10÷15 THREE days after my order. So much for «Next Day Rush Service»! I tried to get hold of Wesley Berry Customer Service by email and phone, but their customer service was unresponsive. I eventually received from them the following reason for the delivery delay: «The florist’s freezer was broken.» What has a freezer to do with flower delivery?
About those extra fees:

In my opinion, all those extra fees are bogus. The result? instead of my total of $ 57.97 as I thought I ordered, the total was $ 105.73! I sent Wesley Berry’s Customer Service an e-​mail asking for an explanation of all the extra fees, but my request was ignored.
Perhaps the «Premium Upgraded» Bouquet was at least a beautiful presentation? Huh! Wishful thinking! The upgraded bouquet was no larger that the advertised standard bouquet, and not nearly as colorful. (I would post photos here, but I cannot figure out how to include photos in this review.)
I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but to make my dispute as clear-​cut as possible, I decided to ignore the extra fees listed above, (about which Wesley Berry could argue till the cows come home), and dispute only the $ 4.99 «Next Day Rush Service,» since delivery after three days was indisputably not «Next Day Rush Service.»
The credit card company credited me with the $ 4.99, and contacted Wesley Berry about the disputed charge. Wesley Berry ignored them. No surprise there!
My advice? Avoid this «service» like the proverbial plague! Deal with an actual florist close to the intended recipient, and you have a reasonable chance of getting what you paid for, without what are, in my opinion, a bunch of bogus fees.

They are total scammers! Read all the reviews in addition to mine. They advertise their flowers with great discounts and then tack on numerous additional fees. NEVER order from these people! I placed an order for $ 99.93 to be delivered on 12÷12÷15. They called and couldn’t deliver because of snow on 12÷13÷15 and comped me $ 9.99 Started out good. The following day on 12÷14÷15 they called again and still couldn’t deliver so I told them to cancel the order and refund my $ 89.94 As of today it is 1÷12÷16 and I have called over a period of 3 weeks trying to speak to a real person. I’ve left 5 messages and 3 emails and no one has ever responded. I have never been refunded and have put a dispute in with my credit card company. If I call to ORDER… I actually get a person on the phone, who then promptly puts me through to the endless ‘nowhere’ phone line. Worst online experience I have EVER had!

is the worst company I think I’ve bought from in years. They are a SCAM. My original bill looked like $ 75 for $ 40 flowers, and I did NOT click the SUBMIT, and the order went through for $ 101. I spent 40 min trying to cancel the order, and they would not do it. Then the order was delivered on the wrong day. SUMBIT A BANK DISPUTE WITH THEM!

I ordered roses from Wesley flowers for my wife’s birthday, when it arrived, the rose pedals and leaves were old, wilted and we’re falling off. My wife called me right away and was angry and in disbelief that a flower company would do this.
We have lots of pics that shows how awful the roses were.
I have been trying to call and email them since my wife’s birthday but due to the high volume of calls I could not get in contact with anyone from customer service until today, January 4, 2016. Almost a month went by.
Thankfully the representative supposedly gave me a full refund, so let’s see how that pans out.

DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER COMPANY! First of all note that this is NOT a local florist! They are a huge call center outside of the U.S. I asked them if they were the local florist and they said yes — not true. However, more importantly THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER SENT AND THEY CHARGED MY VISA CARD!!!
I placed an order for over $ 100.00 on ¹²⁄₄. They were never delivered. I tried calling several times over the course of 1 HOUR and never got through to them as they put me on hold and disconnected me 4 times! omg. I soo wish I had Unilocaled it first. MY BAD.

This was the very worst online experience. It was a total bait and switch where they add additional service fees. Then they give you a small discount to make you think you are getting a deal. What a SCAM!!! Totally my fault for not reading Unilocal before engaging. Please don’t use this florist for your next purchase.

False advertising, bait and switch and insane add on fees! Perfectly placed pop up on website over insane higher total and then you call immediately to cancel and they have you on hold forever and then ultimately dont even answer so you can cancel. WORST EVER!
They also are falsely advertising BBB A+ (among others I’m sure) logo on their site! ISANE they are getting away with all this!

Zero stars — my husband ordered me flowers for my birthday, the «pumpkins and roses» large bouquet and was charged $ 85, the order was fulfilled by Simi flowers and gift shop in Modesto, Ca, at which Wesley berry provided them with a $ 35 value towards a bouquet that «resembles» the pumkins and roses… needless to say the $ 35 bouquet looked nothing like a bouquet that cost $ 85 and the four phone calls to Wesley berry were all transfered to «customer service» and all ended up in a hang up… my best advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID this company, they are a scam. here are pictures of what my flowers were supposed to look like and what I received. roses are the ones my husband ordered, yellow sunflowers are what received.

My friends birthday flowers were delivered 3 days late after i paid an extra «Saturday» Service fee and a shipping and handling fee as well!
It was the most embarrassing arrangement i’ve ever given to anyone. AND IT WAS HER FUCKING BIRTHDAY!!! What they sent her i would never look at twice and would never pay 85 $$ for!!!
Called them about 8 times each time was hung up on, then finally reached someone and was told all they could do was «credit» a bouquet to me of 2 dozen roses. I Had it sent to my moms house and the person on the phone was super apologetic and promised it to be delivered on time. Well ones again its day 2 and the flowers are missing.

Ordered flowers and paid extra for same day delivery, and additional for 4hr Rush delivery.
These flowers were supposed to delivered to someone’s place of employment no later than 6pm (when she got off work). I received email notice that the flowers were out for delivery or may have already been delivered. THE FLOWERS NEVER CAME. I showed up at the business and waited until 8pm until I gave up.
During my wait I called the customer service like MULTIPLE times, someone answered and before I got a full sentence out I was rudely put on hold. And transferred to a voicemail. I called 4 – 5 times to be transferred to a voicemail each time.
The girl the flowers were being delivered to only worked until 6pm (Friday) and doesn’t work again until Tuesday. The flowers weren’t delivered until 11am the next day, where they sat dor 4 days.
Not only was the sunrise ruined but I paid a total of $ 70 for a flowers that looked nothing like the picture. I was embarrassed at the lack of quality and how small the arrangement of flowers were. AND customer service refuses to give me a refund though I paid 2 different extra charges for delivery by 6pm same day.
Terrible customer service, I will never use this company ever again, nor will I suggest them to anyone in need.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mother’s birthday. They were delivered the day before instead. I think it was because the local florist didn’t want to deliver on Sunday but they don’t tell you that. The lovely poem I included was handwritten by someone but the words were totally out of order. However, my mother loved the flowers and sent me a pic… they were lovely.
