Stacey M. Moore, an Oakland Native, graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2009 with a Bachelors in Business Administration and continued on to receive her MBA in Management and Operations in 2011, and subsequently a MBA in Marketing in 2014. In working in the business and finance industry for several years, Stacey’s ambitions led her to opening Moore Notarial Services to serve the public and her community.
