Great poolside restaurant and bar. Menu is extensive and better than most. Had a lovely lobster roll which was unique in its presentation as it was small but cut in thirds. Perfect balance along with a bag of chips served in a mini fry strainer-very cute. Also excellent was the calamari, burger and chicken fingers. We were fortunate to have a knowledgeable and charming server, Cordello(who acted as if he enjoyed my reminiscing of the hotels opening 20 years ago!) Manager Aaron runs a top of the line facility that complements the Dolphin property. And they deliver poolside as well! Also, in late afternoon they had an excellent blues band playing that was enjoyable and not overwhelming. Kudos Cordello!

Overpriced, as expected for resort food. Food was good though! Nice poolside dining. There is a full bar too– Adult beverages were tasty.

I eat a complicated Salad. Double greens Dressing on the side Double avocado Add Grilled Salmon The kitchen didn’t put all the dressing on the side although Steven G. double checked. Steven G. then went out of his way to help me and ended up giving me a little extra Avocado to compensate since I was in such a hurry to leave. He did a great job and through all the events we had there we were always greeted with a smile and great service from the various people. Great job Steven G. I wish I had great people like that to work with in all my companies.

This place is really cool. They have a great beer selection that is hard to fi d outside of Florida. Our waitress(Jordyn) was great. She has something that is hard to find in most restaurants, a kowledge of beer!

The pool /cabana area at the Swann & Dolphin Hotel was an interesting experience. My sister & I hung out at the pool on Sunday afternoon. We got down there at about 11:45am & looked for chairs in the shade. Several people were«saving» seats for others but we finally found some nice seats in the shade by the edge of the pool. By this time it was noon and we were hungry. We tried in vain to flag down a server before finally getting up and finding someone. We ordered Chicken BLT sandwhich and the margarita flatbread(plus a mimosa & a piña colota). All came after a long wait… everything was good. The flatbread was a little strange with a gob of leafy-ness in the middle. Once it was spread around it was fine. 1pm music came on from a portable DJ stand set up on a bridge over the pool. The music was diverse popular radio songs but was VERY loud. 4pm we had to cut out because they started a loud annoying game of bingo over the same portable speaker set up. No beuno.

I am having a fantastic trip so for. Their food is great with prompt service and the poolside waiters are super quick and convenient. The reason I gave it four stars is because the chairs are so close together I can basically hear the next persons thoughts. Also, the pool side menu is very limited even though the food and drinks are coming from the same place.

Decent hotel bar and grill. Overpriced as you would expect at a Disney property resort. I thought the food was actually pretty good. Although, for lunch we ordered a salad for $ 10 that may have been the smallest portion size I’ve ever seen. The view was nice down by the pool for several reasons of course. We also got mixed drinks that were pretty good. Chill atmosphere.

I can’t comment on the food because after waiting over a half hour for sandwiches, we cancelled the order and left. Staff seemed surprised. What was worse is I paid ahead of time and they didn’t refund the tip.

A really chill pool bar and grill at the Swan and Dolphin’s main swimming pool. Lotsa available seating at the bar and scattered 4-top tables on the patio. It was the VIP-ish seating along the sides complete with the flowing white linens, soft couches and ample throw pillows that caught my attention though. Straight up Diddy video for a dining area over here. The food was good all around. No complaints from us or our dining cohorts. We tried the Cuban«Cheese Steak.»(Guessing they list it on the menu in quotes cuz their lawyers don’t wanna step on anyone’s toes who might complain that this, in fact, is not an authentic Cheese Steak sandwich). Lotsa marinated skirt steak and queso blanco on there, good flavors too. Not quite what you’d expect coming outta a pool side grill. The waiter overheard that we’d planned to split it so he brought out our order pre-cut and on separate plates. «That way you get extra fries,» he said. As far as I’m concerned that’s a one-way-ticket to ‘Better Tipville’ my friend. Good looking out. Others ordered the spider roll and said it was tasty as well as the fish tacos. The«Cheese Steak» sandwich ran us for 15 bucks… seems steep sure, but the WDW property inflation on top of pool side service puts that figure right in the ballpark it should be in. I’d def enjoy stopping in again. The End

Food was a bit pricey compared to expected portion size but service is really good. Food quality is above average. Great place for poolside beverages.
