I used to frequent this spa for lashes however it appears I can no longer get an appointment. Since no one ever answers the business line, I normally text the owner for appointments. This time, she let her daughter respond to my messages. When asking for an appointment, she totally disregarded the times i told her i would be available and continued to offer the same appointments which i had previously declined. Annoyed with texting some one who clearly wasnt reading or comprehending my messages, i called. She then stated other than those appointments there was nothing available. Really? U would think the owner would follow up with a regular customer after hearing about this exchange. I have referred at least 3 friends here but i now visit a new spa in the area for my lashes which definitely values my business.

Love this hidden gem! Lashes come out amazing and the price is reasonable compared to many nearby places. Looking forward to trying a massage soon! xx

I love this place. Everyone is so professional. They make you feel comfortable and the environment is so relaxing and inviting. My appt was at 5pm and it started at 505pm. So the timing and appointments are kept or kept cose to when they are set for, which is great. I would recommend them to everyone.

I came here because I found a deal on groupon and wanted to try it out. The eyelash extensions looked nice. I felt like the lashes should have been different lengths rather than all one length. Shorter toward the inner corners (the side of my nose) and longer toward the outer corners (the side of my ears). Nevertheless, they still looked nice. Eyelash extensions aren’t for me. I will never do this again. I don’t like not being able to wash my face as normal because I have to watch out for the extensions. They do last pretty long. I still have a few on. I’m dying on the rest to fall off. You can’t pluck them off or they’ll take you real lashes with them. I got the «silk» extensions but to me they feel more like hard plastic. I’m happy I found a deal on Groupon because if I would’ve paid full price, I would’ve been very disappointed with my decision. It’s one of those things where you don’t know how it’s going to be unless you try it. Many other people I know really like extensions and convinced me to try it. The owner is very nice and offers many more services. I may go back for a different service in the future.

I got the eyelash extensions and I could book my appointment from one day to another. What a wasn’t surprise. Normally you get a groupon and the next available appointment is in 3 weeks the earliest. Not here. Here they had time and took the time to attend me. She affixed the lashes one by one with such a precision that they look really natural even though they are much longer than my natural ones. I even fell asleep while Celia irked on my eyes. Great experience. Very nice, relaxing place. I highly recommend it!

I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions with a fill add-​on. Because it was my first time and I wasn’t sure what to expect, I asked for a full set of «natural» looking lashes. During the procedure, she played relaxing music as she applied my lashes individually. For about 40 minutes, I laid with my eyes closed as she worked… I could have easily fallen asleep. I was surprised at how relaxing this was. In the end I got exactly what I asked for: long, BEAUTIFUL, natural-​looking lashes! Over the next few weeks my silk lashes slowly started to fall off one by one, but by the time my next appointment came around (3 weeks) I still had about 75% of what I started with. Totally worth it. For my second appointment, I came back for fillings, but this time I asked for a more dramatic effect. She applied lashes that were a bit thicker than what I previously had and they were exactly the look I was going for.
I highly recommend Luxor Spa for your eyelash extensions!

This is simply as relaxing as it gets. It is an OIL massage not a traditional massage so do not expect that (referring to the negative post below). Very kind, sweet and considerate people. Loved it!

I just received what I assume they call a massage and it was the worst experience of my massage life history. Isabella didn’t get out one knot nor did she even try too. The first two mins I knew I made a huge mistake by going there, she used zero pressure and didn’t even work on my upper back which is what I wanted the most work on. I wish I could go back and get my hour back and have gone anywhere else. To top it off my back feels worse and I even left with a headache. Do not go there. I wouldn’t wish this on my arch nemesis.

This is DEFINITELY the best spa. Great customer service. && the treatments are top notch. I can’t live without my lashes! Highly recommended!
