Gina and Gilles are supreme professionals while also being warm and attentive to their clientele. I went in for a consultation and Gina presented me with several application methods and hair types, taking the time to explain the benefits and costs of each type. She patiently helped me sort through my questions and when I decided to get the extensions done, she did a beautiful job! The hair color matches exactly and you cannot tell the difference between my hair and the extensions. They send you home with the products to care for your hair and are always available for questions. I have been searching for a good place and I have found a great one.

Gina and Gilles are AMAZING!!! I have been a client of this salon for almost two years now and my hair gets better and better everytime! I moved from New York to Florida and had extensions placed from a well known salon in Manhattan. I had originally planned to fly back and forth to have the extension maintence; however, I came across the Glam Extension website and decided to go for a consult.
I arrived for the consult and was greeted so warmly by both GIna and Gilles. The price was extremely clear and I never felt any «bait and switch» or dishonesty. The hair is top of the line… trust me I have been in extensions for a long time and I have never had such a match in texture. You get what you pay for… I am not a millionaire but these extensions last. I went from having maintence every two months to every 4 – 5 months.
I also receive the keratin treatment and the application at this salon is perfect. I have absolutely no breakage and my hair is growing. Gilles has the keratin technique down perfect. I have a mixed heratige hair and it can be unruly; however, my hair blows out beautifully!!!
I recently went for extension maintence and keratin treatment and I mentioned to Gina that I was thinking I might want a subtle Ombré. They were able to color my extensions and my natural hair for a beautiful, natural look. I am so pleased with this service. Honestly, worth every penny!

I’ve been coming back to Gina about every 3 to 4 months for a year now. I am a very happy customer who is very pleased with the results and quality of the work she did the product itself. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for that extra «boost» in their hair. Obviously, there is some work on the customer’s part to take care of the investment you have made in your appearance, but if you just do what Gina tells you to do to maintain it, you will be extremely happy and feel as great as you felt the first day you walked out of the salon… I know I still do!

Came here when I was visiting from NYC because it was recommended by a friend. I could not have left happier. Gina and Gil exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier. I purchased the virgin South American hair in 22 inches. I’ve never seen hair like this! It looks super natural, I’ve never had hair like this! The experience blew me away! I will certainly be back.

Gina did my hair extensions. I expected much better results for the price and the service lacked quality of work. I was very disappointed. I paid $ 1700.00 and 2 weeks later my extensions were showing through. And the way she applied them in less than 2 months it a piece was growing poking me in the ear.
During the consultation, I told Gina my budget and my desired results. She told me that was not a problem and while applying the hair last minute the price went up $ 700 more than we had agreed upon. Not to mention, she cut my hair a lot shorter then I wanted. After cutting the hair she then told e that I have to add 2 more bundles. Gina told me that I have to pay extra because it did not look good. If she had waited to cut the hair after all the extensions were applied I would not have lost so much length. I found this to be unprofessional and should not happen when you are paying top dollar. I felt like it was the old bait and switch and since we agreed upon a price upfront and she should have let me know before the applying the hair if it was going to cost extra. I did not feel like I was in the seat of an experienced trained professional. I will not be going back.

I found out about Glam Hair through a friend who had amazing hair. Her hair was really not her hair at all, It was Glam Hair I made an appointment for a consultation and ended up with a full head of hair. My hair was very damaged from over processing and my ex hairdresser actually left the color on my hair too long and it was very, very short in some places. It looked so bad and plus I have very fine hair so when I went for my appointment to Glam Hair, I was very impressed with the way they picked out the right method to use on my hair. I have had extentions before and they always fell out every time I washed my hair. The quality and design of these extentions are beyond five star rating. I can not walk down the street without someone giving me a compliment or just staring at me. These extentions do not come out and Gina and Guille have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. I can not imagine myself without my long hair any longer.

Amazing experience working with Gina. She transformed my look and, it seems, my life as I feel like a brad new person! She is not only a Master in what she does, she is an Artist. I did a thorough research (brands, techniques, common problems, etc) before I decided on two top salon choices for my extensions — and Glam was my first and last stop. I’ve met Gina, learned about the process and also about her values as a professional — and became hooked for life, I think. Despite the hectic schedule at the salon that day, she made sure I left with my new gorgeous mane and that I am happy with it — so what if it took us until after 10 pm to be completely done? She seemed to be fully devoted to my project as well as to her every customer’s. In fact, as Gina was doing her magic with my hair, a lady walked in tortured by pain from her extensions someone else glued on right to her scalp! She begged Gina to remove them, all that she wanted was to be free of pain. By the time Gina and her assistant gently took care of the lady, she was begging Gina to place Gina’s extensions into her head! Being a top notch pro, Gina told the lady she’d be happy to do it — after her skin heals! It is really rare to meet someone in this business who truly looks after her clients’ well-​being instead of having dollar signs in her eyes. No wonder there were so many hugs and kisses when her regular clients kept popping up for maintenance, to get products or just to say hello — the energy at the salon was awesome!
So here is the bottom line — my hair (very long, 22″) look amazing, (not only my opinion but a reaction from my family and friends). Gina gave it such pretty layers, the whole mane popped up in a great shape — and it has been keeping the shape for the 4^th day now! Even though I have a super-​sensitive scalp (and that was my major concern, whether extensions will be pulling thus irritating me constantly), I literally do not feel that there are any foreign objects in my head — it is all as if it is my hair I was born with. Yes, the procedure is a bit pricey but the truth here is the old one: you get what you pay for. Even though I only stay in Miami during winters, I will make sure to be coming to see Gina for maintenance and I hope she considers expanding to North East one day soon.

Glam Hair Extensions is the BEST hair salon I have ever been to! The staff are so kind and knowledgeable and the extensions are absolutely amazing. After getting such a horrible cut at another salon (It was so short! Mind you I have beyond curly hair so cutting it short is just NOT okay), glam hair was able to give me such fantastic hair extensions that look absolutely natural and beautiful. I’ve had them for over a year and not one person has been able to tell that I have extensions, everyone thinks it is my natural hair! I am SO incredibly happy with them! I would definitely suggest this hair salon to any and everyone for WONDERFUL hair extensions, the BEST service and the KINDEST/​MOST HELPFUL staff. Thanks to the owner Gina (she is fantastic and Incredibly sweet) and her wonderful staff I feel beautiful and love my long amazing hair: D
