So, to update my last post. Michael Swenson must have read the law becasue he mailed my Mother and told her to speak with the building manager to get the satelite dish installed, and he sent around a flyer asking tennants if they are interested in the local cable service.
But after all this, he has not said the he will not evict my elderly Mother at the end of her current lease and he has not appologized for illegally preventing his tennants from accessing TV programming.
