Legacy Propane

We can’t get away from Legacy/​Suburban Propane fast enough! We were stuck with a leased tank, so we couldn’t get any other company to fill our tank. Leaving us at their mercy to deliver when it was convenient for them. The office staff was rude, difficult to work with, and spoke to my husband and me with a very disrespectful tone. We needed to call the office, with each fill, to negotiate a fair/​competitive price for our propane. The drivers rarely showed up to fill our tank when they said they would. Leaving us to wait another week and prices to rise, and then we had to fight to get them to honor our original quoted price. The final straw was when we told them we just wanted to be done with their company and we were brushed off. Very disappointed that in todays times, companies allow the consumer to be treated with such disrespect.
