Battle Creek Family Dentistry

I have had a lot of dental work done in Battle Creek, Chicago, Boston, and Lansing, and this is by far the best. I have never had COMPLETELY pain free dental work, and the first time I went there I thought it was a fluke. But no, every single time it has been pain free! I have had fillings, root canals, and basic dental care with them now for about 8 years. My hygienist, Beth, is so much fun and so friendly that I actually look forward to dental visits! My husband wants me to switch to his dentist to get our entire family at the same place, but I refuse to go anywhere else.

Battle Creek Family Dentistry is a very clean and professional place to go for one’s dental needs. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable, offering a comfortable place to complete paperwork as well as a beverage for refreshment. The office is very clean and the ambiance inviting, and all of the dental equipment appears to be up-​to-​date.
In my first appointment, I did not have time for the full set of X-​rays and opted for just a cleaning and quick check-​up. In the past, when I suggested this option to other dentists, I was degraded instead of accommodated. At Battle Creek Family Dentistry, I was accommodated and treated with politeness and professionalism, rather than being made to feel like a fool. With a quick signing of a document, I was permitted to get a cleaning and basic check-​up with a postponement of major x-​rays for a more convenient time. I have never had a dentist office be so accommodating and polite, when I requested something that was not their standard procedure.
Furthermore, I have had many issues in the past with hygienists flossing my teeth very aggressively and then degrading me for poor gum care when my gums started to bleed from their brutal approach. I would leave the dentist office feeling like a disgusting and ignorant person, who does not know how to properly clean her own teeth, and my gums would be sore for days. Such was not the case at Battle Creek Family Dentistry. The hygienist was very gentle in cleaning and flossing my teeth, and she did not criticize my knowledge of proper dental hygiene. Her recommendations were delivered in a polite and kind manner. I left with no soreness and no loss of self-​respect.
In the past, due to my horrid dentist office experiences, I would only find the courage to visit the dentist once every 3 to 5 years. I think I shall be making more regular visits, now that I have found Battle Creek Family Dentistry, where I do not leave in physical and emotional pain.
