Owner, Derick «Dirk» Payne, is a 4^th generation plumber and 3^rd generation shop-​owner. He is President of the La PHCC (Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors) association. He also honored and respected amongst his peers and sits on the advisory board for the La State Plumbing Board.
