I would definitely agree that this place is kind of shady. There are a wide array of characters that come here so it’s always fun to people watch.(but for sure don’t let them see you.) They’re usually hanging out outside or at the laundromat across the street. I’ve never had a problem here, the owners are really nice and all the people I’ve run into have been really nice as well. If you’re a female I would use the buddy system and I wouldn’t go there after the sun goes down regardless. Scenario: If you’re a female by yourself and it’s nighttime and you need gas there are plenty of other gas stations that I would stop at before I would stop at this one. If you live in the neighborhood and know the locals you’re fine. As far as the food goes I love the Egg rolls ! I know, I know, I know they’re frozen but there’s something about them that I really like. They’re only $ 1.29 they’re pretty big and they also give you a packet of Duck sauce to dip them in. They also have really good chicken strips and potato logs too. The meat pies are good and have a spicy kick but they’re a little too spicy for me. It’s gas station food it’s what you expect. If you’re buying stuff like chips, candy bars, bread, canned stuff, etc… I would definitely check the expiration date just to make sure it’s not expired. I think sometimes when they put products on the shelves they accidentally forget to rotate stuff. I’ll keep coming here when I’m visiting my friend because the owners are really nice, it’s convenient and the locals are nice.

This is one of the scarier places in town to pick up your can of FourLoco… There’s a cell phone store attached and they also call themselves a meat market. I looked at the meat once… once. They do Chester-Fried chicken and various meat pies too. It’s not clean. It doesn’t smell good. The clientele will scare the bejesus out of you if you come too late at night. It is convenient to my house and the people behind the counter are usually nice. When the check-in app says«Is it good for kids» I always say«No», regardless of where I am… I really mean it at this place.
