I am a Certified Usui Reiki Master, Gendai Reiki Shihan (Master), Yoga Instructor and Yoga Nidra Facilitator (Reclined/​Guided Meditation)

In 2004 I began to practice Yoga, Reiki and Meditation; mind/​body/​soul practices that changed my life.

Being in the field of Architecture for 10 years, I spent a majority of my days trying balance an unhealthy lifestyle. After years of trauma to my body in the corporate world I decided to change my life by becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2009 at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Through the years since I have become a Usui Reiki Master, a Gendai Reiki Shihan (Master), and a Yoga Nidra Facilitator. My life is dedicated to personal inner healing and helping others do the same.

I have been taking yoga classes, on and off, for about 10 years now. I started taking yoga classes with DeeDee last year. DeeDee has been my favorite, by far! She is intuitive, graceful and calming. I always feel at ease in her class. My body and mind always feel energized and at peace when I leave her class. Whether you are a beginner or an expert in the field of yoga, you will enjoy DeeDee’s class. I have also done reiki with DeeDee and really enjoyed the healing process. She is amazing at restoring your body’s physical and emotional well-​being.

I have been working with Delisha for years and she has helped me in so many areas of my life; spiritual growth and emotional support for building my business. She has a very intuitive spirit and a gentle way of guiding me to a desired outcome. I live in NYC so most of the work I do with her is over the phone. She helps me get back to my center and get rebalanced when I feel the pressures of the city weighing down on me.
