Side of the Road Seafood started off as a neighborhood seafood market, then we added in our restaurant by demand by our friends and neighbors! We specialize in boiled crawfish, shrimp, crawfish, and crabs by season. We also bring in fresh catches of shrimp, catfish, tilapia and tuna. We also serve up hearty po-​boys, lunch baskets, and dinner plates featuring American favorites with a cajun spin! Locals say we serve up the best fried catfish in Baton Rouge, but you’ll just have to come in and try it for yourself! We hope to keep serving up hot bites and friendly service in Greenwell Springs for many years to come!

With over 10 years of fond memories and good meals in our neighborhood, we hope to continue the tradition with many more memories to come!

Debbie «The Seafood Lady» Thibodeaux has been bringing the freshest Louisiana seafood to her Baton Rouge neighborhood since 2004! Her mission is to provide quality seafood dishes made with only the freshest ingredients. She loves serving Greenwell Springs locals at Side of the Road Seafood and is proud to keep the tradition going by providing great food and quick service at the cherished seafood market.
