I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and have been serving as the business manager at Pick My Brain Computer repair for the last year.

We keep you informed and provide you with an estimated time of completion shortly after doing our initial diagnostic. We often follow up with our customers after the repair to see how the equipment is working.
