I own two rental properties in the Baton Rouge area and have been working with Chris Edmondson and OneProp for about four years now. I live in California and Chris and the team have been fantastic to work with. They are responsive to simple as well as complex requests and are very accommodating when I occasionally come to visit the properties. Reporting is simple to read, fees are reasonable, and payment distribution is timely.
Unfortunately, we had to do a couple of evictions of people early on who weren’t paying rent and Chris handled these in a professional and expedient matter, minimizing the pain for both owner and tenant.
Since then, he has found great tenants who take care of the places and pay on time. As a property owner I highly recommend Chris and the OneProp team.
