Came here to look at RVs with the parents and I was very impressed. The staff knew their RVs at least as well as we did which is saying something since my parents have had more than 20 years of experience with the things and I basically grew up in and around them. The sales staff were friendly but not pushy which is nice; we made it clear we were just looking for now(my parents are scouting out a used RoadTrek or smaller class C) and didn’t seem put off at all by the fact that they probably weren’t going to get a sale out of us. We test drove two RVs as well which required them to really go out of their way to shuffle vehicles around to get to the particular ones we were interested in. The service department looked good; I had a chance to look at some of the work they were doing on other RVs and it was done without any apparent shortcuts. They have a well stocked parts division as well and were able to tell us whether or not certain modifications we were interested in were possible on the models we inspected. They had a good stock of used, commission and new RVs for sale across a very wide variety of classes from little tow trailers up. No fifth wheels though, but to me that’s not much of a downside as it’s the class we had the least interest in.
