Dr. Krupala is an okay doctor and he likes to really talk with you to find out whats going on. But I will never go back to see him because of the way billing is handled. I saw Dr. Krupala twice, and there was three months between my first and second. Then five months after my last visit I received a bill in excess of $ 500! I have insurance (BCBS and if I may say so its damn good) and at the two visits each time I payed my copay and asked the receptionist if I had a balance, she said no. And yes that bill for over $ 500 was after they filed with my insurance company. I understand that a service was provided and I’m expected to pay for that service. What I do not like is the «surprise» bill. At some point earlier I should have been notified of how much each visits was. So in short I will never go back again.
