History

Established in 1983.

Gino Chirico, GIA Graduate Gemologist grew up in the retail jewelry industry. He witnessed first hand the emotional devastation of people who had left their jewelry to be appraised, only to find that it had been lost, stolen or switched.

He decided then, at a young age, that all his jewelry appraisals would be performed in the presence of his customers, so that they would feel comfortable, and know that their diamond was safe.

Gino knows your jewelry needs and concerns. That is why he started the only On-​Site & In-​Sight jewelry appraisal service in Baton Rouge.

You can have your jewelry appraised in his secure office, or if your estate or jewelry collection is too valuable to travel, Gino will come to you. He is equipped with a complete portable gem lab. He will appraise your jewelry:
