I will not give 1 star. I used my roadside assistance through at&t my car was picked up from my house that was parked under the car porch with not damage. I needed my car towed because it was stop due to idling to low. They were to take my car to Auto One for a tuneup. But when I went to get my car for the shop it was damaged really bad on my hatch door dents and all. I try ed to talk to Mr. Eddie who had a bad attitude towards me he didn’t won’t to hear what I had to say. I even had my significant other to talk with Mr. Eddie and that didn’t do much good. He wouldn’t own up to what happen I told him I understand mistakes happen he just went on to cover his self. I would never recommend this company to no one. I don’t won’t to give one star because DSI TOWING ANT WORTH THAT. I asked Mr. Eddie to put my car back on the truck so he can see the the truck did the damage he refused. And stated I have other customers to see about and stated get away from my house. Sad
