You can not trust a single word from their mouth!
I bought a brand new car here that had a scratch and 2 chips, and a plastic piece that had a balloon melt on it and needed replacement which they said they would fix.
Upon the drive home with the new car we discovered the rear window switch was broken. They said they would repair this when they did the other.
Today they scheduled to pick up the car to do the repairs, and they where 2 hours late.
When they brought it back they only had done 2 of the 4 items.
I am just exhausted from dealing with these skeezy people.

This is a great place to buy a vehicle.
This is more than just a review of a car dealership. This is also a story about a boy and his dream.
Back in the 80s I was a wee lad roaming around my neighborhood with my little brothers when I saw it. There it was in all of its glory. A late 80s Jeep CJ-​7 shining so brightly that it stopped me in my tracks. I didn’t understand what was so alluring about those round headlights or seven slot grill back then. You see, even as a boy, I was a car fanatic, but mainly muscle cars. I had never even considered a Jeep until that fateful day. But damn, there it was and it was beautiful. As the years went by and I grew up I saw that Jeep nearly every day. I would lie in bed dreaming what it must be like to drive such an amazing vehicle. Then everything changed.
The owner put a for sale sign on that Jeep and I was excited. I tried to convince my dad to let me sell my car and buy that Jeep, but he was dead set against it. I can still here him say:
Dad: Son, Jeeps are just a hole in to which you throw money
Me: Dad, what do you have against 4x4s?
Dad: I don’t like the number 16
Then it happened. One day I drove by hoping to stare at that fantastic Jeep and it was gone. I was sad, but never forgot it. Fast forward a few years to the early 90s and a buddy had a 1993 Wrangler YJ. It had half doors and he never used the top. I spent a lot of time in that Jeep and even got to drive it several times. Being in that Jeep brought back all those memories and being in it made me feel alive. The kind of alive you feel when you realize that no matter how often you dreamed of how incredible something would be and when it happens it turns out to be better than you even imagined. That kind of alive. Even then I tried to figure anyway humanly possible to buy my own Jeep.
A few years ago I decided to find that Jeep from the 90s and make it mine. I searched all over the country and even looked at several in person. But like a lot of things from the past, I could never go back. There were no reasonable examples of a 93 YJ that didn’t require massive amounts of work. I figured my dream was dead. But I never forgot that dream.
A month or so ago, I decided that it was finally time to make my dream a reality. I researched every possible thing I could and learned a massive amount about new Jeeps. I decided that I would find my dream Jeep, but guess what? It didn’t exist, or so I thought. I walked in to a dealership with every intention of ordering my perfect Jeep. That process would take eight weeks, but I was ready. But wait! Someone had configured the very options that I wanted and the Jeep was already being built. Hallelujah, I exclaimed and emailed the internet department of Brian Harris Jeep.
I received a quick reply from salesperson Tabbatha Collins and we began negotiation. We negotiated a fair price, all via email and I was happy. One last thing stood in the way of my Jeep and that was my trade. I made the trek to Baton Rouge and met with internet salesperson Garrett Schwebel and internet manager David Casey. Let me just tell you, these guys are awesome. David was very fair evaluating my trade, and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy unnecessary extras or go with their financing. I quickly learned that Garrett was a Jeep guy and I could have talked to him for hours about all things Jeeps.
They gave me a fair amount for my trade and all that was left was the finance manager. Here is where I did feel a little turned off by the experience. I carefully reviewed my order and noticed a $ 200 charge for some security feature. When I asked what it was, I was told it was VIN etching for the windows. I found that very odd since my Jeep has vinyl windows and it wasn’t discussed at all prior to the paper being handed to me. I almost feel like she was trying to sneak it in on me, and I do not appreciate that. She seemed angry that I wouldn’t listen to her try to sell an extended warranty so I am not sure if that’s why she did it, but it really soured me on the experience.
A few weeks later my Jeep arrived. While I truly miss my truck and the memories I had in it, I am overjoyed at my new Jeep. The realization of my childhood dream had me giggling like a schoolgirl as I shifted into first and headed on down the highway. Sometimes dreams do come true.
In closing, I cannot say enough good things about the internet team at Brian Harris. They were friendly, non-​pushy and true professionals throughout my experience. If you’re in the market for a new car, especially a Jeep, give these guys a call.

Our 2005 Jeep Grand was having issues stalling and going into ‘safe mode.’ We were visiting family in Baton Rouge and needed to have the repairs completed quickly. The Jeep was brought into Brian Harris Jeep. This was a $ 1000 mistake. They performed work on the transmission; however the issue continued to persist. It ended up being a $ 23 crankshaft position sensor. While they were cordial when the vehicle was in the shop, the Shop Supervisor showed zero remorse for fixing a non-​existent issue when asked about it later.
I don’t think this was a malicious act as they could have fixed the actual problem and no one would have been the wiser, however merely incompetence at not being able to identify the issue on a vehicle of their make.
